Claims (18)
- 体外診断用医薬品(IVD)環境の診断分析器において用いられる試薬容器に蓋をする装置であって、
側壁及び頂壁を有し且つその頂壁に貫通アクセス孔を有すると共に、開口をもつ試薬容器の首部分に取り付けられるように構成されたキャップと、
前記試薬容器の首部分にある開口を封止するインダクションシールとを備え、
該インダクションシールは、
ポリマー材料からなる前記試薬容器の首部分の開口の外周面に熱融着して分子結合するポリマー材料からなる第1のポリマーシール層と、
該第1のポリマーシール層上に設けられ、前記第1のポリマーシール層を誘導加熱によって前記試薬容器の首部分の開口の外周面に熱融着させるように構成されたアルミニウム箔層と、
該アルミニウム箔層上に設けられ、前記アルミニウム箔層及び前記第1のポリマーシール層を保護するように構成された第2のポリマー層とを備え、
このインダクションシールにおいて、前記試薬容器に対する前記第1のポリマーシール層の熱誘導接着力が、前記アルミニウム箔層に対する前記第1のポリマーシール層の接着及び前記アルミニウム箔層に対する前記第2のポリマー層の接着の間の剥離力の大きさよりも大きく、
前記インダクションシールは、前記キャップの貫通アクセス孔を通して接触可能であり、前記試薬容器の首部分の開口の外周面に貼り付いたままで穿孔装置によって開封されると共に開封後の開封形状を保つように構成されている、装置。 - 前記試薬容器に対する前記第1のポリマーシール層の熱誘導接着力が、前記アルミニウム箔層及び前記第2のポリマー層に穿孔するのに必要な剪断力よりも大きい、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記第2のポリマー層と前記キャップとが異なるポリマー材料から形成されていることにより、該キャップを取り外す力が、前記試薬容器に対する前記第1のポリマーシール層の接着状態に影響しない、請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- 前記アルミニウム箔層は、誘導熱を前記第1のポリマーシール層及び前記第2のポリマー層に伝達する役割をもち、この伝達熱によって前記第1のポリマーシール層が前記試薬容器の首部分の開口の外周面に熱融着して分子結合しており、
前記アルミニウム箔層の物理特性により、前記第1のポリマーシール層及び前記第2のポリマー層は、開封後に開封形状を維持することが可能である、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 - 前記第1のポリマーシール層の溶融温度が、前記第2のポリマー層の溶融温度よりも低い、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記第1のポリマーシール層はポリエチレンからなる、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記第2のポリマー層はポリエチレンテレフタレートからなる、請求項5又は6に記載の装置。
- 前記キャップの貫通アクセス孔を囲む前記頂壁の一部は、上側平坦領域と、孔側壁領域と、前記キャップの内部の下側突出領域とを有し、該下側突出領域が、前記誘導加熱時に、前記シールを前記キャップと前記試薬容器との間で適所に保持する押圧力を提供する、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記キャップは、ねじ留めキャップ又はスナップ留めキャップのいずれかである、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 体外診断用医薬品(IVD)環境の診断分析器において1つ以上の流体を保管する装置であって、
首側壁、開口、及び該開口の外周面をもつポリマー材料からなる首部分をそれぞれが有する1つ以上の保管部を備えた容器と、
側壁、頂壁、及び該頂壁の貫通アクセス孔をそれぞれが有し且つ前記容器の保管部の首部分に取り付けられるように構成された1つ以上のキャップと、
1つ以上のインダクションシールとを備え、
該1つ以上のインダクションシールは、それぞれが前記1つ以上のキャップの1つと前記1つ以上の保管部の1つとの対に対応し、前記容器の保管部の首部分の開口を封止し、
前記インダクションシールのそれぞれは、
前記保管部の首部分の開口の外周面に熱融着して分子結合するポリマー材料からなる第1のポリマーシール層と、
該第1のポリマーシール層上に設けられ、前記第1のポリマーシール層を誘導加熱によって前記保管部の首部分の開口の外周面に熱融着させるように構成されたアルミニウム箔層と、
該アルミニウム箔層上に設けられ、前記アルミニウム箔層及び前記第1のポリマーシール層を保護するように構成された第2のポリマー層とを備え、
このインダクションシールにおいて、前記容器に対する前記第1のポリマーシール層の熱誘導接着力が、前記アルミニウム箔層に対する前記第1のポリマーシール層の接着及び前記アルミニウム箔層に対する前記第2のポリマー層の接着の間の剥離力の大きさよりも大きく、
前記インダクションシールは、前記キャップの貫通アクセス孔を通して接触可能であり、前記保管部の首部分の開口の外周面に貼り付いたままで穿孔装置によって開封されると共に開封後の開封形状を保つように構成されている、装置。 - 記容器に対する前記第1のポリマーシール層の熱誘導接着力が、前記アルミニウム箔層及び前記第2のポリマー層に穿孔するのに必要な剪断力よりも大きい、請求項10に記載の装置。
- 前記第2のポリマー層と前記キャップとが異なるポリマー材料から形成されていることにより、該キャップを取り外す力が、前記容器に対する前記第1のポリマーシール層の接着状態に影響しない、請求項10又は11に記載の装置。
- 前記アルミニウム箔層は、前記第1のポリマーシール層及び前記第2のポリマー層に誘導熱を伝達する役割をもち、この伝達熱によって前記第1のポリマーシール層が前記保管部の首部分の開口の外周面に熱融着して分子結合しており、
前記アルミニウム箔層の物理特性により、前記第1のポリマーシール層及び前記第2のポリマー層は、開封後に開封形状を維持することが可能であり、当該開封後の開口が、試薬プローブが前記第1のポリマーシール層に接触せずにアクセスすることを可能にするのに十分なサイズを保つ、請求項10〜12のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 - 前記第1のポリマーシール層の溶融温度が、前記第2のポリマー層の溶融温度よりも低い、請求項10〜13のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記第1のポリマーシール層がポリエチレンからなり、前記第2のポリマー層がポリエチレンテレフタレートからなる、請求項14に記載の装置。
- 前記首部分は、前記首側壁に形成された首側壁ねじ山を有し、
前記キャップは、該キャップの内部側面に形成されたキャップねじ山を有し、
前記首側壁ねじ山及び前記キャップねじ山が互いに螺合して前記キャップを前記容器の保管部の首部分に取り付けるように構成されている、請求項10〜15のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 - 前記1つ以上の保管部の各内容物に対し、前記キャップを取り外すことなく、前記キャップの貫通アクセス孔及び開封後の前記インダクションシールを通してアクセス可能である、請求項10〜16のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記貫通アクセス孔を囲む前記頂壁の一部が、上側平坦領域と、孔側壁領域と、前記キャップの内部の下側突出領域とを有し、該下側突出領域が、前記誘導加熱時に、前記シールを前記キャップと前記容器の保管部との間で適所に保持する押圧力を提供する、請求項10〜17のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
