前記カップリング剤が三官能である、実施形態2に記載の固体状電解質。
[実施形態7]
前記カップリング剤が3−(トリメトキシシリル)プロピルメタクリレートを含む、実施形態2に記載の固体状電解質。
[実施形態8]
前記リチウム塩がリチウムビス(トリフルオロメタンスルホニル)イミド、テトラフルオロホウ酸リチウム、ヘキサフルオロリン酸リチウム、ヘキサフルオロヒ酸リチウム、リチウムビス(オキサラト)ボレート、塩素酸リチウム、リチウムビス(フルオロスルホニル)イミド、及びリチウムトリフレートから成る群より選択される、実施形態1から7のいずれか1項に記載の固体状電解質。
[実施形態9]
前記リチウム塩がリチウムビス(トリフルオロメタンスルホニル)イミドを含む、実施形態1から7のいずれか1項に記載の固体状電解質。
[実施形態10]
前記ポリマーがイオン伝導性である、実施形態1から9のいずれか1項に記載の固体状電解質。
[実施形態11]
前記ポリマーがPEOを含む、実施形態1から9のいずれか1項に記載の固体状電解質。
[実施形態12]
前記ポリマーが非イオン伝導性である、実施形態1から9のいずれか1項に記載の固体状電解質。
[実施形態13]
前記ポリマーがPVdFを含む、実施形態1から9のいずれか1項に記載の固体状電解質。
[実施形態14]
前記イオン伝導性無機材料がLi 1.3 Ti 1.7 Al 0.3 (PO 4 ) 3 、Li 6.5 La 3 Zr 1.5 Ta 0.5 O 12 、Li 10 SnP 2 S 12 、P 2 S 5 −Li 2 Sガラス、Li 1+x+y Al x Ti 2-x Si y P 3-y O 12 、及びLi 2 PO 2 Nから成る群より選択される、実施形態1から13のいずれか1項に記載の固体状電解質。
[実施形態15]
前記イオン伝導性無機材料がリン酸基を含む、実施形態1から13のいずれか1項に記載の固体状電解質。
[実施形態16]
前記イオン伝導性無機材料がLi 1.3 Ti 1.7 Al 0.3 (PO 4 ) 3 を含む、実施形態1から13のいずれか1項に記載の固体状電解質。
[実施形態17]
前記ポリマーがPVdFを含み、前記リチウム塩がリチウムビス(トリフルオロメタンスルホニル)イミドを含み、そして前記イオン伝導性無機材料がLi 1.3 Ti 1.7 Al 0.3 (PO 4 ) 3 を含む、実施形態1に記載の固体状電解質。
Claims (14)
- リチウム塩、リチウムイオン伝導性無機材料の粒子、非イオン伝導性ポリマーの粒子、及びカップリング剤
を含む、固体状電解質であって、
前記非イオン伝導性ポリマーの粒子は、前記リチウムイオン伝導性無機材料の粒子の全体に分散されており、前記カップリング剤は前記リチウムイオン伝導性無機材料を前記非イオン伝導性ポリマーに結合させており、前記固体状電解質は溶媒を含まずかつ焼結されていない、
固体状電解質。 - 前記カップリング剤が金属、及び有機基を含む、請求項1に記載の固体状電解質。
- 前記カップリング剤がケイ素を含む、請求項1に記載の固体状電解質。
- 前記カップリング剤がチタンを含む、請求項1に記載の固体状電解質。
- 前記カップリング剤が三官能である、請求項1に記載の固体状電解質。
- 前記カップリング剤が3−(トリメトキシシリル)プロピルメタクリレートを含む、請求項1に記載の固体状電解質。
- 前記リチウム塩がリチウムビス(トリフルオロメタンスルホニル)イミド、テトラフルオロホウ酸リチウム、ヘキサフルオロリン酸リチウム、ヘキサフルオロヒ酸リチウム、リチウムビス(オキサラト)ボレート、塩素酸リチウム、リチウムビス(フルオロスルホニル)イミド、及びリチウムトリフレートから成る群より選択される、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の固体状電解質。
- 前記リチウム塩がリチウムビス(トリフルオロメタンスルホニル)イミドを含む、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の固体状電解質。
- 前記非イオン伝導性ポリマーがPVdFを含む、請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の固体状電解質。
- 前記リチウムイオン伝導性無機材料がLi1.3Ti1.7Al0.3(PO4)3、Li6.5La3Zr1.5Ta0.5O12、Li10SnP2S12、P2S5−Li2Sガラス、Li1+x+yAlxTi2-xSiyP3-yO12、及びLi2PO2Nから成る群より選択される、請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の固体状電解質。
- 前記リチウムイオン伝導性無機材料がリン酸基を含む、請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の固体状電解質。
- 前記リチウムイオン伝導性無機材料がLi1.3Ti1.7Al0.3(PO4)3を含む、請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の固体状電解質。
- 前記非イオン伝導性ポリマーがPVdFを含み、前記リチウム塩がリチウムビス(トリフルオロメタンスルホニル)イミドを含み、そして前記リチウムイオン伝導性無機材料がLi1.3Ti1.7Al0.3(PO4)3を含む、請求項1に記載の固体状電解質。
- 前記非イオン伝導性ポリマーが、固体状電解質の総質量に対して2質量%以上かつ15質量%以下の濃度を有し、前記リチウムイオン伝導性無機材料が、前記総質量に対して40質量%以上かつ95質量%以下の濃度を有する、請求項1から13のいずれか1項に記載の固体状電解質。
