Description
前記第1開口端の近傍に、径方向外方に向かって突出した第1底部と、該第1底部に連なり且つ前記第1開口端から離間するように延在する第1側部とを有し、前記第1底部と前記第1側部で第1環状凹部が形成された第1フランジ部が設けられ、
前記第2開口端の近傍に、径方向内方に向かって突出した第2底部と、該第2底部に連なり且つ前記第2開口端から離間するように延在する第2側部とを有し、前記第2底部と前記第2側部で第2環状凹部が形成された第2フランジ部が設けられた、ライナ構成部材が提供される。
前記胴部の内面に、径方向内方に向かって突出した突出部を有する、高圧タンクが提供される。
前記胴部を、両端が開口して第1開口端、第2開口端として形成されたライナ構成部材を複数個同一軸線上に接続することで得る際に、前記ライナ構成部材として、前記第1開口端の近傍に、径方向外方に向かって突出した第1底部と、該第1底部に連なり且つ前記第1開口端から離間するように延在する第1側部とを有し、前記第1底部と前記第1側部で第1環状凹部が形成された第1フランジ部が設けられるとともに、前記第2開口端の近傍に、径方向内方に向かって突出した第2底部と、該第2底部に連なり且つ前記第2開口端から離間するように延在する第2側部とを有し、前記第2底部と前記第2側部で第2環状凹部が形成された第2フランジ部が設けられたものを使用し、
さらに、前記第1フランジ部の前記第1底部同士、又は、前記第2フランジ部の前記第2底部同士を接合する、高圧タンクの製造方法が提供される。

Claims (12)
- 樹脂材からなり且つ両端が開口して第1開口端、第2開口端として形成された円筒形状をなす本体部を有するとともに、複数個が同一軸線上に接続されて高圧タンク用ライナの胴部を構成するライナ構成部材であって、
前記第1開口端の近傍に、径方向外方に向かって突出した第1底部と、該第1底部に連なり且つ前記第1開口端から離間するように延在する第1側部とを有し、前記第1底部と前記第1側部で第1環状凹部が形成された第1フランジ部が設けられ、
前記第2開口端の近傍に、径方向内方に向かって突出した第2底部と、該第2底部に連なり且つ前記第2開口端から離間するように延在する第2側部とを有し、前記第2底部と前記第2側部で第2環状凹部が形成された第2フランジ部が設けられた、ライナ構成部材。 - 請求項1記載のライナ構成部材において、前記第1側部が、前記第1底部から離間するにつれて、前記本体部に対して相対的に径方向外方に離間するように傾斜し、且つ前記第2側部が、前記第2底部から離間するにつれて、前記本体部に対して相対的に径方向内方に離間するように傾斜する、ライナ構成部材。
- 請求項2記載のライナ構成部材において、前記本体部が、前記第1フランジ部から前記第2フランジ部に向かうにつれてテーパー状に縮径する、ライナ構成部材。
- 樹脂材からなり円筒形状をなす胴部と、前記胴部に連なり且つ端部が閉塞端である第1閉塞部及び第2閉塞部とを含むライナを有する高圧タンクであって、
前記胴部の内面に、径方向内方に向かって突出した突出部を有し、
前記突出部は、径方向内方に向かって突出した底部と、前記底部に連なり且つ前記第1閉塞部に向かって延在する第1閉塞部側周壁部と、前記底部に連なり且つ前記第2閉塞部に向かって延在する第2閉塞部側周壁部とを有するフランジ部であり、且つ前記底部と前記第1閉塞部側周壁部で環状凹部が形成され、前記底部と前記第2閉塞部側周壁部で別の環状凹部が形成された、高圧タンク。 - 請求項4記載の高圧タンクにおいて、前記胴部が、前記第1閉塞部及び前記第2閉塞部に近接するにつれてテーパー状に拡径する、高圧タンク。
- 樹脂材からなり円筒形状をなす胴部と、前記胴部に連なり且つ端部が閉塞端である第1閉塞部及び第2閉塞部とを含むライナを有する高圧タンクであって、
前記胴部の内面に、径方向内方に向かって突出した突出部を有し、
前記突出部は、径方向内方に向かって突出した第1底部と、前記第1底部に連なり且つ前記第2閉塞部に向かって延在する第1閉塞部側周壁部とを有するフランジ部と、径方向内方に向かって突出した第2底部と、前記第2底部に連なり且つ前記第1閉塞部に向かって延在する第2閉塞部側周壁部とを有する別のフランジ部であり、
前記第1底部と前記第1閉塞部側周壁部で環状凹部が形成され、且つ前記第2底部と前記第2閉塞部側周壁部で別の環状凹部が形成された、高圧タンク。 - 請求項6記載の高圧タンクにおいて、前記胴部が、前記第1閉塞部及び前記第2閉塞部に近接するにつれてテーパー状に縮径する、高圧タンク。
- 請求項4〜7のいずれか1項に記載の高圧タンクにおいて、内部に高圧水素が充填される、高圧タンク。
- 請求項4〜8のいずれか1項に記載の高圧タンクにおいて、燃料電池自動車に搭載される、高圧タンク。
- 樹脂材からなり円筒形状をなす胴部と、前記胴部に連なり且つ端部が閉塞端である第1閉塞部及び第2閉塞部とを含むライナを有する高圧タンクの製造方法であって、
前記胴部を、両端が開口して第1開口端、第2開口端として形成されたライナ構成部材を複数個同一軸線上に接続することで得る際に、前記ライナ構成部材として、前記第1開口端の近傍に、径方向外方に向かって突出した第1底部と、該第1底部に連なり且つ前記第1開口端から離間するように延在する第1側部とを有し、前記第1底部と前記第1側部で第1環状凹部が形成された第1フランジ部が設けられるとともに、前記第2開口端の近傍に、径方向内方に向かって突出した第2底部と、該第2底部に連なり且つ前記第2開口端から離間するように延在する第2側部とを有し、前記第2底部と前記第2側部で第2環状凹部が形成された第2フランジ部が設けられたものを使用し、
さらに、前記第1フランジ部の前記第1底部同士、又は、前記第2フランジ部の前記第2底部同士を接合する、高圧タンクの製造方法。 - 請求項10記載の製造方法において、前記第1フランジ部の前記第1底部同士、又は、前記第2フランジ部の前記第2底部同士を、振動溶着、赤外線加熱溶着、熱板溶着、又は振動溶着と赤外線加熱溶着の組み合わせにて接合する、高圧タンクの製造方法。
- 請求項10又は11記載の製造方法において、前記第1フランジ部の前記第1底部同士を接合したとき、その後に少なくとも前記第1側部の全部又は一部を除去する、高圧タンクの製造方法。
