Claims (4)
- 回転方向に沿って回転中心からの半径が徐々に大きくなる上昇区間と前記半径が徐々に小さくなる下降区間との位相が180度ずれたプロファイルを有するカムと、
前記カムに所定の負荷で当接して、該カムの回転によって当接方向及び該当接方向とは反対の反当接方向に直線運動する出力物と、
前記出力物と前記カムとの当接位置に対して180度位相がずれた位置で、前記反当接方向から前記負荷と同一の負荷で前記カムに当接する対向物と、を備え、
前記上昇区間及び前記下降区間のプロファイルは、
前記上昇区間及び前記下降区間の最小の前記半径をR0、
前記上昇区間及び前記下降区間の任意の点X1における前記半径をR1、
前記点X1における、前記カムと前記出力物との当接位置における共通法線の方向と前記出力物の運動方向との間の接触角度をθ1、
前記点X1から角度Δφだけ離れた点X2の前記半径をR2、
前記点X2における前記接触角度をθ2、とすると、
下記の関係を満足する
R2=R1+(R1×Δφ×tanθ1)
θ2=asin(R1×(R1−R0)÷R2×(R2−R1)×sinθ1)
ことを特徴とするカム機構。 - 前記出力物は、コイルバネの一端が固定されて、円錐形状の先端を有するバネホルダーであり、
前記対向物は、コイバネの一端が固定されて、円錐形状の先端を有するカウンター部材であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカム機構。 - 互いに接触してトナーを加熱及び加圧する加圧領域を形成する加熱部材及び加圧部材と、
前記加熱部材及び前記加圧部材のいずれか一方をいずれか他方に接近又は離間する方向に移動させて、前記加圧領域の圧力を可変する請求項1又は2に記載のカム機構と、を備えていることを特徴とする定着装置。 - 用紙にトナー像を形成する画像形成部と、
前記画像形成部で形成されたトナー像を用紙に定着する請求項3に記載の定着装置と、を備えていることを特徴とする画像形成装置。
