Description
図1,2に示す本発明の第1の実施形態のノズル装置7は、ノズルユニット1と、ノズルユニット1が取り付けられる流路体を含んでいる。ノズルユニット1は、1対の薄板材2と、ノズル本体3と、締結部材の一例であるねじ4と、ガスケット5とを有している。各薄板材2は、平坦部2aと、平坦部2aから屈曲形成された当接保持部2bと、平坦部2aから離れるにつれて先細になっている当接保持部2bの中空部2c(図2参照)と、当接保持部2bの外部に設けられている少なくとも2つの固定用穴2dとをそれぞれ有している。1対の薄板材2は、直接または間隔をおいて互いにほぼ重なり合うように配置され、その状態で中空部2c同士が互いにほぼ重なり合っており、保持空間を構成する。当接保持部2bは、薄板材2の平坦部2aから屈曲して、実質的に平坦部2aの厚さ方向に、平坦部2a同士が対向する面と反対側に向かってそれぞれ延びている。図2に示すように、当接保持部2bは、その根元部2e(当接保持部2bと平坦部2aとの接続部分)の中空部2cの内径d1よりも、先端部2fの中空部2cの内径d2の方が小さい先細形状である。従って、当接保持部2bが薄板材2の平坦部2aからの屈曲する部分は、平坦部2aの厚さ方向かつ中空部2cの中心に向かう方向に延びている。

Claims (14)
- 流体を流通または保持する、流路壁を有する流路体と、
外周に球面を有しており内部に流体通路が形成されているノズル本体、前記ノズル本体の保持機構、および、前記保持機構を前記流路壁に固定する締結部材を有するノズルユニットと、
を有するノズル装置であって、
前記保持機構は、前記ノズル本体の前記球面に当接する当接保持部と平坦部とをそれぞれ有する一対の薄板材で構成され、一対の前記薄板材の前記当接保持部によって前記ノズル本体を挟んだ状態で前記球面を回転可能に保持することを特徴とするノズル装置。 - 前記当接保持部は、前記平坦部から屈曲した形状であって、前記平坦部から離れるにつれて先細になる中空部を有する形状である、請求項1に記載のノズル装置。
- 前記ノズル本体は、一対の前記薄板材の前記当接保持部の前記中空部同士がつながることにより構成されている保持空間内に保持されている、請求項2に記載のノズル装置。
- 前記薄板材と前記流路壁との間に配置されるガスケットをさらに有する、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載のノズル装置。
- 前記締結部材は前記流路壁に固定されるねじである、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載のノズル装置。
- 前記ねじはタッピングスクリューである、請求項5に記載のノズル装置。
- 前記締結部材は前記流路壁にかしめられるリベットである、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載のノズル装置。
- 前記ノズル本体は、球体に貫通穴状の前記流体通路が形成された形状である、請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載のノズル装置。
- 前記ノズル本体の前記流体通路に、前記流体通路の延長部になる管部材が取り付けられる、請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載のノズル装置。
- 前記薄板材は、前記流路壁の形状に合わせて部分的に湾曲している、請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載のノズル装置。
- 前記締結部材が前記保持機構を前記流路壁に固定した状態で、前記一対の薄板材の前記当接保持部は、前記ノズル本体を加圧しながら挟持する、請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載のノズル装置。
- 前記ノズルユニットは、前記流路壁の前記流路体の内側に向いた面に取り付けられている、請求項1から11のいずれか1項に記載のノズル装置。
- 前記流路壁は前記流路体の本体部分に対して着脱可能である、請求項1から12のいずれか1項に記載のノズル装置。
- 外周に球面を有しており内部に流体通路が形成されているノズル本体と、前記ノズル本体の保持機構と、前記保持機構を前記流路壁に固定する締結部材と、を有し、
前記保持機構は、前記ノズル本体の前記球面に当接する当接保持部と平坦部とをそれぞれ有する一対の薄板材で構成され、一対の前記薄板材の前記当接保持部によって前記ノズル本体を挟んだ状態で前記球面を回転可能に保持することを特徴とするノズルユニット。
