Claims (6)
- ホール素子を有する基板と、該基板と対向する端部に磁石を有する回転軸と、前記基板及び前記回転軸を収容する容器と、前記基板及び前記容器の内壁の隙間を封止する封止部材とを備え、前記容器は前記回転軸を回転可能に支持する軸受けを有し、前記回転軸の一部は前記軸受けから突出して前記容器の外部に存在する回転体に係合され、前記ホール素子によって前記回転軸とともに回転する前記磁石の回転を検出する磁気式回転検出装置であって、
前記回転軸は、前記端部及び前記磁石が間に所定の間隔を維持するように、前記磁石を前記端部へ固定する保持部を有し、
前記容器の内部において、前記回転軸の前記保持部及び前記基板の間に受け部材が配され、さらに、前記回転軸の保持部を前記受け部材に向けて付勢する付勢部材が配され、 前記軸受け及び前記回転軸の間には微少隙間が存在し、
前記受け部材は略円板状であり、周縁に前記容器の底部へ向かって拡径するテーパ部を有することを特徴とする磁気式回転検出装置。 - 前記付勢部材はウェーブワッシャであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の磁気式回転検出装置。
- 前記回転軸の保持部は、前記回転軸の延長上の近傍で前記受け部材と当接することを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の磁気式回転検出装置。
- 前記回転軸の保持部は前記受け部材へ向けて突出する突起部を有し、該突起部を介して前記受け部材と当接することを特徴とする請求項3記載の磁気式回転検出装置。
- ホール素子を有する基板と、該基板と対向する端部に磁石を有する回転軸と、前記基板及び前記回転軸を収容する容器と、前記基板及び前記容器の内壁の隙間を封止する封止部材とを備え、前記容器は前記回転軸を回転可能に支持する軸受けを有し、前記回転軸の一部は前記軸受けから突出して前記容器の外部に存在する回転体に係合され、前記ホール素子によって前記回転軸とともに回転する前記磁石の回転を検出する磁気式回転検出装置であって、
前記回転軸は、前記端部及び前記磁石が間に所定の間隔を維持するように、前記磁石を前記端部へ固定する保持部を有し、
前記保持部は成形樹脂からなり、前記磁石の少なくとも一部を露出させ、
前記軸受け及び前記回転軸の間には微少隙間が存在し、
前記容器の内部において、前記回転軸の前記保持部及び前記基板の間に受け部材が配され、前記受け部材は略円板状であり、周縁に前記容器の底部へ向かって拡径するテーパ部を有することを特徴とする磁気式回転検出装置。 - 前記保持部は前記受け部材のテーパ部に対応する他のテーパ部を有することを特徴とする請求項1又は5に記載の磁気式回転検出装置。
