Claims (7)
- 動力源として適用される電動機と、
蓄電池を備え、前記電動機へ電力を供給するための電力供給手段と、
外部電源との接続で、前記蓄電池を充電する充電装置と、
充電時に前記充電装置から発生する熱を、特定の搬送路を流れる流体に熱交換する熱交換手段と、
前記特定の搬送路の途中で化学的反応を利用して前記流体から熱を回収して、蓄積する蓄熱手段と、
車両の始動直後から、前記蓄熱手段により蓄積した熱を前記流体へ放熱させ、前記流体を予め定めた複数の暖機対象へ選択的に供給する流体供給制御手段と、
前記流体の供給先として選択された暖気対象を暖気する温度となるように前記流体の流量を調整する第1調整手段と、
を有する車両の熱管理制御装置。 - 前記蓄熱手段により前記流体から熱を回収する際に、当該流体の流量を調整する第2調整手段を備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載の車両の熱管理制御装置。
- 前記暖機対象が、トランスミッションオイル、車室内に供給する空気、EGRクーラー、蓄電池の少なくとも2以上を含み、当該暖機対象の周囲を循環するように、それぞれ前記特定の搬送路と切替弁の切り替えで、連通又は閉鎖可能な暖機路が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2記載の車両の熱管理制御装置。
- 前記暖機対象には、それぞれ温度センサが取り付けられており、
前記流体供給制御手段は、前記温度センサの検出結果に基づいて、暖機対象を選択することを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項3の何れか1項記載の車両の熱管理制御装置。 - 動力源として適用される電動機と、
蓄電池を備え、前記電動機へ電力を供給するための電力供給手段と、
外部電源との接続で、前記蓄電池を充電する充電装置と、
充電時に前記充電装置から発生する熱を、特定の搬送路を流れる流体に熱交換する熱交換手段と、
前記特定の搬送路の途中で化学的反応を利用して前記流体から熱を回収して、蓄積する蓄熱手段と、
車両の始動直後から、前記蓄熱手段により蓄積した熱を前記流体へ放熱させ、前記流体を予め定めた複数の暖機対象へ選択的に供給する流体供給制御手段とを有し、
前記暖機対象のそれぞれに取り付けられた温度センサで検出した温度を、予め設定した各暖機対象の車両の燃費改善感度マップと照合し、暖機対象の優先順位を判定することを特徴とする車両の熱管理制御装置。 - 前記暖機対象として前記蓄電池を含み、前記蓄電池が、予め設定した暖機目標温度以下の場合は、最優先で前記蓄電池を暖機対象とすることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5の何れか1項記載の車両の熱管理制御装置。
- コンピュータを、
請求項1〜請求項6の何れか1項記載の熱管理制御装置の各手段として機能させる、
熱管理制御プログラム。
