Description
Claims (10)
- 長辺および短辺からなる横長方形の外形を有し、光源(51)の照射光(C)をリフレクタユニット(43)で反射すると共にアウタレンズ(41)を介して外方に照射する車両の灯火装置(40)において、
前記リフレクタユニット(43)が、少なくとも1つのリフレクタ部分(LU,RU,LL,RL)を含み、
前記リフレクタ部分(LU,RU,LL,RL)が、前記灯火装置(40)の長辺寄りの位置で長辺方向に複数並べて配置される長辺用リフレクタ(L)と、前記灯火装置(40)の短辺寄りの位置で短辺方向に複数並べて配置される短辺用リフレクタ(S)とを有しており、
前記光源(51)が、前記灯火装置(40)の正面視で、前記1つのリフレクタ部分(LU,RU,LL,RL)に対して、その中央寄りの位置に1つ設けられ、
前記長辺用リフレクタ(L)と前記短辺用リフレクタ(S)との境界線(67,77,87,97)が、前記光源(51)の近傍を起点にすると共に長辺方向に対して傾斜して延びる傾斜直線(F)に沿って形成されていることを特徴とする車両の灯火装置。 - 前記車両の灯火装置(40)が、
4つの前記リフレクタ部分(LU,RU,LL,RL)を隣接配置して一体化したリフレクタユニット(43)と、
4つの前記リフレクタ部分(LU,RU,LL,RL)のそれぞれに対応する4つの光源(51)とを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両の灯火装置。 - 前記境界線(67,77,87,97)が、前記長辺用リフレクタ(L)に対して前記短辺用リフレクタ(S)を一段低くする段差(D1)によって生じる線であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の車両の灯火装置。
- 前記長辺用リフレクタ(L)は、反射後の照射光(C)によって形成される焦点(P)が水平方向の横直線(D)上に一列に並ぶように構成され、
前記短辺用リフレクタ(S)は、反射後の照射光(C)によって形成される焦点(P)が、鉛直方向の縦直線(E)上に一列に並ぶように構成され、
前記長辺用リフレクタ(L)の車幅方向最外部(64,74,84,94)が形成する角部焦点(Pa)が、前記縦直線(E)の延長線上に位置するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載の車両の灯火装置。 - 前記光源(51)が実装された基板(42)と、該基板(42)が固定された状態のリフレクタユニット(43)を覆うアウタレンズ(41)とを有し、
前記基板(42)は、前記アウタレンズ(41)の平面部と略平行をなして前記リフレクタユニット(43)に固定される薄板部材であり、
前記光源(51)が、前記基板(42)の両面のうち、前記リフレクタユニット(43)に対向する面に実装されていることを特徴とする請求項2ないし4のいずれかに記載の車両の灯火装置。 - 4つの前記リフレクタ部分(LU,RU,LL,RL)が、左上リフレクタ部分(LU)、右上リフレクタ部分(RU)、左下リフレクタ部分(LL)および右下リフレクタ部分(RL)からなり、
前記左上リフレクタ部分(LU)と前記右上リフレクタ部分(RU)との間から、前記左下リフレクタ部分(LL)と前記右下リフレクタ部分(RL)との間にかけて、左右の照射範囲を仕切る間仕切り部(45)が一体的に立設しており、
前記基板(42)が前記間仕切り部(45)の頂部に固定されていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の車両の灯火装置。 - 前記基板(42)の両面のうち、前記アウタレンズ(41)に対向する面に第2光源(50)が実装されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の車両の灯火装置。
- 前記車両の灯火装置(40)が、ライセンスプレート(31)の車体上方側に配設される尾灯装置であり、
前記アウタレンズ(41)の車体下方側の面に、前記基板(42)に実装された第3光源(52)の照射光を透過するライセンスプレート用レンズ(44)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の車両の灯火装置。 - 前記第3光源(52)は、前記灯火装置(40)の正面視で前記基板(42)の下方に延びる下方延出部(42a)に実装されており、
前記第3光源(52)の照射光を前記ライセンスプレート用レンズ(44)に向けて反射するライセンスプレート用リフレクタ(48)を備えることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の車両の灯火装置。 - 前記第3光源(52)が複数設けられており、
前記基板(42)の下方延出部(42a)が、前記リフレクタユニット(43)に一体的に形成された前記ライセンスプレート用リフレクタ(48)を覆うことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の車両の灯火装置。
