Claims (17)
- 一次燃焼ガス(72)が一次燃焼エリア(71)へ燃料(70)を通じて搬送される発火装置における燃焼管理のための方法であって、ここで排ガスフローの一部が、リヤグレイトエリア中において抜き出され、かつ内部再循環ガス(52、82)の形態で燃焼過程に戻され、二次燃焼空気(54)が、グレイト(5)と前記内部再循環ガス(52、82)の供給との間に供給されず、
乱流ガス(55)が、フロー方向と呼ばれる前記一次燃焼エリア(71)の下流に供給されて乱流を生じ、
外部再循環ガス(56)が、フロー方向と呼ばれる前記乱流ガス(55)の供給の下流に供給され、ここで前記外部再循環ガス(56)が、蒸気発生器および必要に応じて排ガス浄化システムを通過したという点で特徴付けられる、方法。 - 前記二次燃焼空気(54)が第一の排ガス排気筒(15)に供給されないという点で特徴付けられる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 化学量論からλ=1〜λ=0.5である高度に準化学量論の反応条件が前記一次燃焼エリア(71)中で調整されるという点で、かつ前記内部再循環ガス(82)が、フロー方向と呼ばれる前記一次燃焼エリア(71)の下流にあるバーンアウトエリア(76)中に供給されるという点で特徴付けられる、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 排ガスが、前記内部再循環ガス(52、82)の最終供給(27)の後に850℃を超える温度で少なくとも2秒という滞留時間を有するという点で特徴付けられる、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記乱流ガス(55)が、蒸気または不活性ガスからなるという点で特徴付けられる、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記内部再循環ガス(52、82)が、フロー方向と呼ばれる前記乱流ガス(55)の供給の下流に供給されるという点で特徴付けられる、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 蒸気発生器および必要に応じて排ガス浄化システムを通過した前記外部再循環ガス(56)が、前記内部再循環ガス(52、82)に混合されるという点で特徴付けられる、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 空気(57)が、前記内部再循環ガス(52、82)に混合されるという点で特徴付けられる、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 2000kJ/Nm3を超える、合成ガス加熱値が、フロー方向と呼ばれる前記内部再循環ガス(52、82)の追加の上流の前記一次燃焼エリア(71)中で調節されるという点で特徴付けられる、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記燃料(70)がガス化グレイト上でガス化するという点で、燃え殻のバーンアウトが、バーンアウトグレイトの下流で確立されるという点で、およびガスのバーンアウトが、この位置で前記排ガスフローに対して前記内部再循環ガス(52、82)を供給することによって、バーンアウトチャンバ中で達成されて、ガスがバーンアウトされ、かつラムダ=1.1からラムダ=1.5という空気過剰率が達成されるという点で特徴付けられる、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の方法を行うための発火装置であって、発火グレイト(5)と、前記発火グレイト(5)の下方に配置されているデバイス(7〜11)とを備え、前記発火グレイト(5)を通じて一次燃焼空気を供給するために働き、ここで排ガスのための少なくとも1つの吸入管(24)が、前記発火グレイト(5)の上の燃焼チャンバ(14)中に設けられ、かつここで、ファン(25)の吸い込み側が、吸入管(24)に接続され、かつ前記ファン(25)の圧力側が、導管(26)を介してノズル(27)に接続され、前記ノズル(27)は、前記発火グレイト(5)と前記ノズル(27)との間に空気供給が配置されないように前記発火グレイト(5)上に配置されているという点で特徴付けられる、発火装置。
- 前記ノズル(27)が、フロー方向と呼ばれる前記発火グレイト(5)の下流に第一のガス供給ノズルの形態で配置されるという点で特徴付けられる、請求項11に記載の発火装置。
- 排ガス排気筒(15)のデザインおよびノズル(27)の配置は、前記排ガスが前記内部再循環ガス(52、82)の最終供給後に850℃を超える温度で少なくとも2秒という滞留時間に達するような方法で実現されるという点で特徴付けられる、請求項11または12に記載の発火装置。
- 不活性ガスの接続または蒸気接続がある乱流ノズル(30、31)が、前記発火グレイト(5)と前記ノズル(27)との間に配置されるという点で特徴付けられる、請求項11〜13のいずれか一項に記載の発火装置。
- 外部排ガス再循環の排ガスのためのノズル(32、33)が、前記発火グレイト(5)と前記ノズル(27)との間に配置されるという点で特徴付けられる、請求項11〜14のいずれか1項に記載の発火装置。
- 吸入管(24)が、外気(57)を混合するための入口として機能するという点で特徴付けられる、請求項11〜15のいずれか1項に記載の発火装置。
- ガス化グレイトおよびバーンアウトグレイトが、単一グレイト(5)上の連続的に配置された空気ゾーンに存在するという点で特徴付けられる、請求項11〜16のいずれか1項に記載の発火装置。
