Claims (5)
- 直線状に延伸するトラフに振動を与えて、当該トラフ上に載置された被搬送物を当該トラフの長手方向に沿って搬送するリニアフィーダであって、
床面上に直接または間接的に固定される固定部と、
上端部に前記トラフを固定した可動部と、
前記固定部と前記可動部とを連結する支持バネと、
一端側に設定した前記可動部に対する取付部、当該取付部から高さ方向に延伸する柱部、及び自由端である他端側に設定したウェイト部を有し、且つ振り子運動を行う振動子と、
前記振動子を振動させる加振源とを備え、
前記加振源を稼動させることによって、前記振動子が振り子運動を行うことで前記可動部及び前記トラフが前記被搬送物を搬送するように振動することを特徴としたリニアフィーダ。 - 直線状に延伸するトラフに振動を与えて、当該トラフ上に載置された被搬送物を当該トラフの長手方向に沿って搬送するリニアフィーダであって、
床面上に直接または間接的に固定される固定部と、
上端部に前記トラフを固定した可動部と、
前記固定部と前記可動部とを連結する支持バネと、
一端側に設定した前記可動部に対する取付部、当該取付部から高さ方向に延伸する柱部、及び自由端である他端側に設定したウェイト部を有し、且つ振り子運動を行う振動子と、
前記振動子を振動させる加振源とを備え、
前記加振源を稼動させることによって前記振動子、前記可動部及び前記トラフが前記被搬送物を搬送するように振動し、
一対の前記振動子を一組または複数組備え、各組における前記各振動子が、前記ウェイト部の位置が相互に天地逆となる姿勢となるように前記取付部を前記可動部に固定していることを特徴としたリニアフィーダ。 - 複数の前記振動子を前記トラフの長手方向、高さ方向、または幅方向から選択される一以上の方向に沿って並べて配置している請求項1又は2記載のリニアフィーダ。
- 前記可動部が、前記トラフの幅方向から前記振動子を挟む位置に配置される一対の側板を用いて構成されたもの、または内部空間に前記振動子を収容する筐体を用いて構成されたものである請求項1乃至3の何れかに記載のリニアフィーダ。
- 板状をなす前記支持バネを、高さ方向を鉛直方向に一致させた鉛直姿勢と、当該鉛直姿勢から所定角度傾斜させた傾斜姿勢に変更可能に構成している請求項1乃至4の何れかに記載のリニアフィーダ。
