Claims (4)
- 燃料の供給を停止する閉弁状態と、燃料を供給する開弁状態とに変移する燃料噴射弁を備えた燃料噴射装置であって、
作動油を吐出する油圧ポンプと、
前記油圧ポンプに接続される油圧室が設けられたケーシングと、
前記ケーシング内に摺動自在に設けられ、前記油圧室内の圧力が予め設定された閾値未満の場合に、前記燃料噴射弁を閉弁状態に維持する待機位置に保持され、該油圧室内の圧力が閾値以上になると、該燃料噴射弁を開弁状態とする作動位置に作動する作動ピストンと、
前記作動ピストンに形成され、該作動ピストンが前記待機位置に保持されている間、前記油圧ポンプから吐出された作動油を前記油圧室に導くか、もしくは、該油圧ポンプから該油圧室に導かれた作動油を該油圧室から排出するバイパス孔と、
を備えたことを特徴とする燃料噴射装置。 - 前記作動ピストンは、
前記油圧室に臨み前記バイパス孔の一端が開口する受圧面と、該バイパス孔の他端が開口し該受圧面と異なる面を有し、
前記ケーシングには、
前記作動ピストンが前記待機位置に保持された状態で、前記バイパス孔の他端に対向し、該作動ピストンが前記作動位置に移動すると、該バイパス孔の他端と非対向となる排出口が設けられ、
前記作動ピストンが前記待機位置に保持されている間、前記油圧室と前記排出口とが連通して前記バイパス孔を作動油が流通し、該作動ピストンが前記作動位置に移動すると、該油圧室と該排出口との連通が遮断されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料噴射装置。 - 前記油圧ポンプから吐出された作動油を前記油圧室に導く第1切換位置、および、該油圧ポンプから吐出された作動油を前記排出口に導く第2切換位置に切り換えられる切換バルブを備えたことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の燃料噴射装置。
- 前記請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の燃料噴射装置を備えることを特徴とするエンジン。
