Description

ここで、さらなる実施形態において、薬学的に活性な化合物は、糖尿病、または糖尿病性網膜症などの糖尿病関連の合併症、深部静脈血栓塞栓症または肺血栓塞栓症などの血栓塞栓症、急性冠症候群(ACS)、狭心症、心筋梗塞、がん、黄斑変性症、炎症、枯草熱、アテローム性動脈硬化症および/または関節リウマチの処置および/または予防に有用であり、
ここで、さらなる実施形態において、薬学的に活性な化合物は、糖尿病または糖尿病性網膜症などの糖尿病に関連する合併症の処置および/または予防のための少なくとも1つのペプチドを含み、
ここで、さらなる実施形態において、薬学的に活性な化合物は、少なくとも1つのヒトインスリンもしくはヒトインスリン類似体もしくは誘導体、グルカゴン様ペプチド(GLP−1)もしくはその類似体もしくは誘導体、またはエキセンジン−3もしくはエキセンジン−4もしくはエキセンジン−3もしくはエキセンジン−4の類似体もしくは誘導体を含む。

Claims (10)
- ばね支援薬物送達デバイス(80、90、100)であって、
ハウジング(4)と、
用量設定中および用量送達中にハウジング(4)に対して回転しないよう固定され、用量送達のためにハウジング(4)に対して軸方向に送達方向へ可動である親ねじ(22)と、
用量送達のために親ねじ(22)を送達方向に駆動するように適用され配置された駆動機構と、
互いに対して可動な駆動機構の2つの部材(20、23、24、25、29)間に配置され、用量送達動作中に該デバイス(80、90、100)のユーザを支援するように適用され配置されて、送達動作を行うためにユーザが及ぼさなければならない力を小さくするばね(82、92、102)とを含み、
デバイス(80、90、100)は、ピストン(10)を含むカートリッジ(8)をさらに含み、用量送達のために、ピストン(10)は、親ねじ(22)によりカートリッジ(8)に対して送達方向に可動であり、駆動機構の部材は、
軸方向に可動であり、ハウジング(4)に対して回転しないよう固定される内側スリーブ(29)と、
ハウジング(4)内で軸方向に固定された中心体(20)と、
駆動ナット(23)であって、親ねじ(22)がねじ付軸を含み、該駆動ナット(23)が、ねじ付軸にねじ係合され、用量送達のために、親ねじ(22)をハウジング(4)に対して前進させて、流体をカートリッジ(8)から投薬するように適用された該駆動ナット(23)と、
該駆動ナット(23)に連結され、駆動ナット(23)に対して軸方向に可動であり、駆動ナット(23)に対して回転しないよう固定されたダイヤルリンク(25)と、
ハウジング(4)にねじ係合される数字スリーブ(24)とを含み、
ばね(92)は、ダイヤルリンク(25)と駆動ナット(23)との間に動作可能に連結され、用量設定のために、ダイヤルリンク(25)は、送達方向と反対の方向へ第1の軸方向距離のところで、ハウジング(4)に対して螺着されるように適用され、駆動ナット(23)は、送達方向と反対の方向へ第2の軸方向距離のところで、ハウジング(4)
に対して螺着されるように適用され、第2の軸方向距離は第1の軸方向距離より小さく、ばね(92)に張力を生み出すようにする、前記ばね支援薬物送達デバイス。 - ばね(82、92、102)は用量設定中に引っ張られるように適用され配置され、用量送達中にばね(82、92、102)の張力が小さくなる、請求項1に記載のばね支援薬物送達デバイス(80、90、100)。
- 親ねじ(22)はねじ付軸に沿って配置されたキー溝(32)を含み、中心体(20)は、親ねじ(22)のキー溝(32)に摺動可能に嵌合して、ハウジング(4)に対する親ねじ(22)の回転を防止するタブ(31)を含む、請求項1または2に記載のばね支援薬物送達デバイス(80、90、100)。
- 内側スリーブ(29)は、該内側スリーブ(29)に形成された少なくとも1つのスロット(77)に摺動可能に嵌合する、中心体(20)の少なくとも1つのラグ(78)を用いて、中心体(20)に対して軸方向に可動であり回転しないように固定される、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のばね支援薬物送達デバイス(80、90、100)。
- ダイヤルリンク(25)は、用量設定のために数字スリーブ(24)に対して回転しないように固定され、数字スリーブ(24)は、用量送達中に、ダイヤルリンク(25)に対して回転可能である、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のばね支援薬物送達デバイス(80、90、100)。
- 数字スリーブ(24)はハウジング(4)にねじ係合するためのねじ付部を含み、ハウジング(4)に対する数字スリーブ(24)のねじ付部は第1のリードであり、数字スリーブ(24)は内側スリーブ(29)にねじ係合するためのねじ付部を含み、数字スリーブ(24)に対する内側スリーブ(29)のねじ付部は第2のリードであり、親ねじ(22)はねじ付部を含み、親ねじ(22)のねじ付部は第3のリードであり、第1のリード、第2のリード、および第3のリードは互いに異なる、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のばね支援薬物送達デバイス(80、90、100)。
- 用量設定中に、ダイヤルリンク(25)および数字スリーブ(24)は第1の軸方向配置にあり、ハウジング(4)に対するダイヤルリンク(25)および数字スリーブ(24)の螺着運動は、ダイヤルリンク(25)および数字スリーブ(24)をハウジング(4)に対してホーム位置から第1の軸方向距離だけ離れたところに螺着するように適用され、ダイヤルリンク(25)の螺着運動は、第1の軸方向距離とは異なる第2の軸方向距離のところに親ねじ(22)に沿って駆動ナット(23)を螺着するように構成され、用量送達中に、ダイヤルリンク(25)および数字スリーブ(24)は第2の軸方向配置にあり、ハウジング(4)に対する数字スリーブ(24)のホーム位置へ戻る螺着運動は、内側スリーブ(29)を送達方向へ回転なしで前進させて、駆動ナット(23)、したがって親ねじ(22)および可動ピストン(11)を軸方向に前進させ、カートリッジ(8)から流体を投薬するように適用される、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のばね支援薬物送達デバイス(80、90、100)。
- 数字スリーブ(24)が用量設定のためにハウジング(4)に対して動く第1の軸方向距離は、ダイヤルリンク(25)が用量設定のためにハウジング(4)に対して動く第1の軸方向距離に等しい、請求項7に記載のばね支援薬物送達デバイス(80、90、100)。
- ばね(82、92、102)は予め負荷を加えたばねを含む、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載のばね支援薬物送達デバイス(80、90、100)。
- ばね(82、92)は引張ばねを含む、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載のばね支援薬物送達デバイス(80、90)。
