Claims (8)
- 流入端と、流出端と、前記流入端から前記流出端まで延在する縦軸を有する環状フレームと、
前記環状フレーム内に載置されていると共に、前記流入端と前記流出端との間に位置するバルブ部材であっで、複数の柔軟なリーフレットを備え、各リーフレットが流入面と、流出面と、流入縁と、前記流入縁から流出方向に突出している少なくとも一つの関節動作式端とを備えるバルブ部材と、
を備える人工弁であって、
隣接するリーフレットは、該隣接するリーフレットのそれぞれの前記流入縁に沿って互いに固定されており、
前記流入縁は、実質的に非関節動作式であり、
前記関節動作式端は、屈伸可能であり、
解放型構成において、前記リーフレットは前記人工弁を通る血液の前方の流れによって、内側へ放射方向に折り畳まれ、前記環状フレームと前記リーフレットの前記流入縁との間に複数の別個の流量領域を生成し、
閉鎖型構成において、前記リーフレットは血液の逆流によって外側へ放射方向に押し付けられて、前記複数の別個の流量領域を閉じる人工弁。 - 各前記流入縁が前記環状フレームの内側円周に沿って離れて円周方向に離間する2つの箇所の間に延在し、
前記隣接するリーフレットの前記流入縁が前記2つの箇所の間に延在する機械式サポート部材を用いずに直接結合される、請求項1に記載の人工弁。 - 解放型構成において、前記リーフレットの間に形成されるポケットを更に備え、前記ポケットは前記流出端に向かっており、前記リーフレットの前記関節動作式端及び前記流出面によって、境界が付けられる、請求項1に記載の人工弁。
- 前記ポケットは、該ポケットに入る逆流が前記リーフレットを外側へ放射方向に押し付けるように構成される請求項3に記載の人工弁。
- 解放型構成において、前記流入縁及び前記リーフレットが一緒に三点星状配置を成す、請求項1に記載の人工弁。
- 閉鎖型構成において、前記関節動作式端が前記環状フレーム及び/又は前記環状フレームの内側表面に沿って並んでいる裾部と接触する、請求項1に記載の人工弁。
- 閉鎖型構成において、前記流出面は前記流出端を向かっており、前記流入面は前記流入端に向かっている、請求項1に記載の人工弁。
- 前記環状フレームが配達装置上の取付けのために放射方向に折り畳まれた状態へ折り畳まれ、人体内で放射方向に拡張された状態へ拡張されるように構成された、折り畳み可能で且つ拡張可能な環状フレームである、請求項1に記載の人工弁。
