Claims (10)
- 対象の器官の病変組織の治療処置のための放射量計画システムであって、
生検部位で見出される腫瘍特性及び/又は組織特性並びに生検部位に関する対象の器官についての生検情報を受信する生検マップ作成モジュールであって、前記生検マップ作成モジュールは、さらに、前記生検部位に関する空間情報を、対応する前記生検部位で見出された腫瘍特性及び/又は組織特性にリンクさせることによって、前記器官の空間注釈付き生検マップを作成する、生検マップ作成モジュールと、
前記生検部位からの腫瘍特性及び/又は組織特性を使用することによって生検が行われなかった前記器官内の部位の腫瘍確率を計算することによって腫瘍確率マップを作成する、確率マップ計算モジュールと、
前記腫瘍確率マップに基づいて放射量計画を作成する放射量計画モジュールであって、より高い腫瘍確率を有する領域についてはより高い計画放射量が計画され、より低い腫瘍確率を有する領域についてはより低い計画放射量が計画されるような計画制約がある、放射量計画モジュールと
を含む、放射量計画システム。 - 前記腫瘍確率マップは、腫瘍の存在の推定される可能性、予想される腫瘍細胞密度、又は腫瘍攻撃性レベルのうちの1つに対する空間分布である、請求項1に記載の放射量計画システム。
- 前記器官内の所定の部位から生検を採取し、さらに、前記生検部位に関する少なくとも空間情報を前記生検マップ作成モジュールに提供する、画像誘導生検システムをさらに含む、請求項1又は2に記載の放射量計画システム。
- 前記画像誘導生検システムは、フォトニック針を含み、前記フォトニック針は、前記生検部位で見出された腫瘍特性及び/又は組織特性並びに生検部位に関する前記対象の器官についての生検情報を、前記生検マップ作成モジュールに提供する、請求項3に記載の放射量計画システム。
- 前記画像誘導生検システムは、生検中の画像誘導のための超音波システムを含む、請求項3又は4に記載の放射量計画システム。
- 前記超音波システムによって取得された前記器官の画像を、第2の画像化モダリティを用いて取得された前記器官の過去の画像と位置合わせする、位置合わせモジュールを含み、前記生検部位は、前記過去の画像に基づいて少なくとも部分的に決定される、請求項5に記載の放射量計画システム。
- 近接照射治療、陽子線治療、凍結治療、高周波アブレーション、レーザーアブレーション、及び高強度集束超音波処置を含む、処置のグループのうちの少なくとも1つに対する放射量計画を作成する、請求項1乃至6の何れか一項に記載の放射量計画システム。
- 前記確率マップ計算モジュールは、前記生検部位の間の前記腫瘍特性及び/又は組織特性の補間に基づいて、又は、前記腫瘍及び/又は組織の特徴を入力として使用する腫瘍形状モデルに基づいて、前記腫瘍確率マップを作成する、請求項1乃至7の何れか一項に記載の放射量計画システム。
- 前記腫瘍特性は、細胞密度、生検試料内の腫瘍のサイズ、生検試料あたりの腫瘍の割合、又は腫瘍の攻撃性に関連する尺度、を含む特性のグループのうちの少なくとも1つである、請求項1乃至8の何れか一項に記載の放射量計画システム。
- 前記放射量計画モジュールは、処置される前記器官の近くに位置する、リスクを有する器官に対する放射量制約をさらに使用する、請求項1乃至9の何れか一項に記載の放射量計画システム。
