Description
Claims (10)
- 円環状の形状を有し、外周面に履帯に駆動力を伝達するための複数の突出部が形成されたスプロケットであって、
第1金属からなるベース部と、
前記外周面の少なくとも一部を構成するように前記ベース部を覆い、第2金属を含む肉盛層と、を備え、
前記肉盛層は、隣接する一対の突出部間を繋ぐように周方向において金属組織が連続して形成される、スプロケット。 - 前記肉盛層は、周方向に交差する方向において金属組織が連続して形成される、請求項1に記載のスプロケット。
- 前記肉盛層は、
前記第2金属からなる母相と、
前記母相中に分散する硬質粒子と、を含む、請求項1または2に記載のスプロケット。 - 前記肉盛層の表面から前記硬質粒子の平均粒径以内の領域である肉盛層表層領域内に位置する前記硬質粒子は、前記肉盛層に埋め込まれた状態で並んで配置される、請求項3に記載のスプロケット。
- 前記肉盛層表層領域内に位置する前記硬質粒子は、前記肉盛層の前記表面に接するように配置される、請求項4に記載のスプロケット。
- 前記肉盛層表層領域内に位置する前記硬質粒子の、前記肉盛層の前記表面から露出する領域に対応する中心角は鋭角である、請求項4に記載のスプロケット。
- 前記肉盛層は、前記肉盛層と前記ベース部との界面を含む領域において、前記ベース部に向けて突出する突出部を含む、請求項3〜6のいずれか1項に記載のスプロケット。
- 前記突出部には、前記硬質粒子の少なくとも一部が進入している、請求項7に記載のスプロケット。
- 円環状の形状を有し、外周面に履帯に駆動力を伝達するための複数の突出部が形成されたスプロケットの製造方法であって、
第1金属からなるベース部材を準備する工程と、
前記ベース部材の表面に接触して前記表面の少なくとも一部を覆うように第2金属を含む肉盛層を形成する工程と、
前記肉盛層が前記外周面を構成し、前記外周面に径方向外側に突出する複数の前記突出部が形成され、かつ前記肉盛層が加工されるように、前記肉盛層が形成された前記ベース部材を熱間鍛造する工程と、を備える、スプロケットの製造方法。 - 前記肉盛層を形成する工程では、前記第2金属からなる母相と、前記母相中に分散する硬質粒子と、を含む前記肉盛層が形成される、請求項9に記載のスプロケットの製造方法。
