Description
[1]成分(A):ポリオレフィン樹脂が、成分(B):α,β−不飽和カルボン酸又はその誘導体、及び成分(C):(メタ)アクリル酸エステルでグラフト変性されている変性ポリオレフィン系樹脂を含有し、
変性ポリオレフィン系樹脂の示差走査型熱量計(DSC)による融点が70℃〜90℃であり、かつ、重量平均分子量が100,000〜200,000である、
耐溶剤性を有する変性ポリオレフィン系樹脂。
[2]成分(C)が、少なくとも一般式(I)で示される化合物を含む上記[1]記載の変性ポリオレフィン系樹脂。

(式(I)中、R1=H又はCH3、R2=CnH2n+1、n=8〜18の整数)
[3]成分(A)が、エチレン−プロピレン共重合体、プロピレン−1−ブテン共重合体、エチレン−プロピレン−1−ブテン共重合体からなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種を含む上記[1]又は[2]に記載の変性ポリオレフィン樹脂。
[4]変性ポリオレフィン系樹脂中の、成分(B)のグラフト重量及び成分(C)のグラフト重量のうち少なくとも一方が0.1〜10重量%である上記[1]〜[3]のいずれか一項に記載の変性ポリオレフィン系樹脂。
CH2=CR1COOR2 ・・・(I)
攪拌機、冷却管、及び滴下漏斗を取り付けた四つ口フラスコ中で、プロピレン−エチレン共重合体(プロピレン成分88モル%、エチレン成分12モル%、重量平均分子量150,000、Tm=74℃)100重量部をトルエン400g中に加熱溶解させた後、系内の温度を110℃に保持して撹拌しながら、無水マレイン酸1.5重量部、ラウリルメタクリレート1.8重量部、ジ−t−ブチルパーオキサイド1重量部をそれぞれ3時間かけて滴下し、さらに1時間反応させた。反応後、室温まで冷却した後、反応物を大過剰のアセトン中に投入して精製し、重量平均分子量が125,000、Tm=74℃、無水マレイン酸のグラフト重量が1.3重量%、ラウリルメタクリレートのグラフト重量が1.6重量%の変性ポリオレフィン系樹脂を得た。
プロピレン−ブテン共重合体(プロピレン成分80モル%、ブテン成分20モル%、重量平均分子量250,000、Tm=88℃)100重量部、無水マレイン酸3.5重量部、オクチルメタクリレート3.5重量部、ジラウリルパーオキサイド2重量部を、170℃に設定した二軸押出機を用いて混練反応した。押出機内にて減圧脱気を行い、残留する未反応物を除去し、重量平均分子量が180,000、Tm=88℃、無水マレイン酸のグラフト重量が3.1重量%、オクチルメタクリレートのグラフト重量が3.0重量%の変性ポリオレフィン系樹脂を得た。
実施例1のプロピレン−エチレン共重合体を重量平均分子量90,000とした以外は、実施例1と同様の方法で変性した。得られた変性ポリオレフィン系樹脂は、重量平均分子量が75,000、Tm=74℃、無水マレイン酸のグラフト重量が1.3重量%、ラウリルメタクリレートのグラフト重量が1.5重量%であった。
実施例1のプロピレン−エチレン共重合体をプロピレン成分92モル%、エチレン成分8モル%、重量平均分子量220,000、Tm=120℃とした以外は、実施例1と同様の方法で変性した。得られた変性ポリオレフィン系樹脂は、重量平均分子量が165,000、Tm=120℃、無水マレイン酸のグラフト重量が1.1重量%、ラウリルメタクリレートのグラフト重量が1.3重量%であった。
実施例2のオクチルメタクリレートを0重量部とした以外は、実施例2と同様の方法で変性した。得られた変性ポリオレフィン系樹脂は、重量平均分子量が88,000、Tm=88℃、無水マレイン酸のグラフト重量が2.9重量%であった。
実施例1〜2及び比較例1〜3で得られた変性ポリオレフィン系樹脂について、それぞれ15重量%となるようにシクロヘキサン溶液試料を調製し、実施例1及び比較例2〜3では、ヘキサメチレンジイソシアネート(1wt%ジブチル錫ジラウレート含有)を当量比[イソシアネート基/カルボキシル基]=1.5となるように均一混合し、実施例2及び比較例1では、イソホロンジアミンを当量比[アミノ基/カルボキシル基]=1.5となるように均一混合した。得られた溶液試料について、以下の手順で性能評価を実施した結果を表1に示した。
溶液試料を密閉したガラス瓶に入れ、5℃で7日間静置保管した後、目視にて外観評価した。
アルミ箔上に樹脂乾燥膜厚2μmとなるように#16のマイヤーバーで溶液試料を接着剤として塗布し、180℃で10秒間乾燥した。塗布済みのアルミ箔を無延伸ポリプロピレン(CPP)シートと貼合し、120℃×3秒間、200kPaの条件で熱圧着を行い、15mm幅に切り出した試験片を作製した。試験片を23℃、相対湿度50%で24時間恒温恒湿保管後、180度方向剥離、剥離速度100mm/minの条件でラミネート接着強度を測定した。
電解液は、炭酸エチレン:炭酸ジエチル:炭酸ジメチル=1:1:1(重量比)に1mol/Lの濃度でヘキサフルオロリン酸リチウムを添加したものを用いた。試験1と同様の方法で作成した試験片を、当該の電解液中に70℃で7日間浸漬し、試験1と同様の方法でラミネート接着強度を測定した。

- 成分(A):ポリオレフィン樹脂が、成分(B):α,β−不飽和カルボン酸又はその誘導体、及び成分(C):(メタ)アクリル酸エステルでグラフト変性されている変性ポリオレフィン系樹脂を含有し、
変性ポリオレフィン系樹脂の示差走査型熱量計(DSC)による融点が74℃〜88℃であり、重量平均分子量が125,000〜180,000であり、
成分(B)のグラフト重量が変性ポリオレフィン系樹脂を100重量%とした場合に、1.3〜3.1重量%であり、かつ、
成分(C)のグラフト重量が変性ポリオレフィン系樹脂を100重量%とした場合に、1.6〜3.0重量%である、
耐溶剤性を有する、アルミニウム部材塗布及び/又はアルミニウム部材積層用の変性ポリオレフィン系樹脂。 - 成分(C)が、少なくとも一般式(I)で示される化合物を含む請求項1記載の変性ポリオレフィン系樹脂。
