Claims (2)
- 固定子と回転子がエアギャップを介して対向し、巻き線軸が回転軸と平行なアキシャルギャップ式回転電機であって、
前記固定子は、円盤状磁性体から回転軸方向に突出するとともに周方向に配置されたm個の突極部を有し、該突極部の外周に前記回転軸方向と略平行に巻き線を巻回し、
前記回転子はn個の永久磁石磁極と、n個の回転子磁性体とが周方向交互に配置され、
前記永久磁石磁極は磁性体よりなる磁極片と永久磁石が軸方向に固着配置されて、永久磁石磁極の極性は周方向交互に異極性に軸方向磁化して配置され、
前記磁極片及び前記回転子磁性体と前記固定子の対向部には同心円弧的に形成した複数の歯が前記エアギャップを有して噛み合うように設け、前記円盤状磁性体2個を背中合わせに軸方向に結合して前記固定子を構成し、
それぞれ前記永久磁石を有する2個の前記回転子で前記固定子の軸方向両側から前記エアギャップを介して挟む構成とし、前記固定子は、背中合わせにした各々前記円盤状磁性体をバックヨークとすると共に前記巻き線が前記永久磁石に対応して設けられることを特徴とするアキシャルギャップ式回転電機。
但し、mは正の整数、nは正の偶数。 - 請求項1に記載のアキシャルギャップ式回転電機において、
前記磁性体は少なくともその一部が焼結鉄心、あるいは圧粉鉄心であることを特徴とするアキシャルギャップ式回転電機。
