Description
− 前記被験体の外耳の耳道に光学電子撮像ユニット及び少なくとも1つの光源を導入する工程であって、前記電子撮像ユニットが、遠位方向、特に前記被験体の耳の鼓膜の方を向いている少なくとも1本の光軸を示す工程と、
− 前記電子撮像ユニットを用いて、前記少なくとも1本の光軸上に配置され且つ前記耳道内に偏心的に配置される少なくとも1つの偏心観察点から、少なくとも1枚の画像を捕捉する工程と、
− 前記物体、特に前記鼓膜を自動的に同定するために、輝度及び色情報の少なくともいずれかを決定して、少なくとも1枚の画像に示されている前記鼓膜を電子手段によって同定する工程と
を含み、更に、捕捉された前記鼓膜の少なくとも1枚の画像に基づいて前記鼓膜を医学的に特徴付ける工程を含み、捕捉された前記鼓膜の少なくとも1枚の画像に基づいてユーザの誘導が行われ、前記鼓膜の画像、特に前記鼓膜の特定の領域の画像を捕捉するために、前記電子撮像ユニットを配置する方法をユーザに通知する方法によって達成される。かかる方法は、予診を容易にするために、鼓膜の医学的データを取得するために非医師が耳鏡を適用できるようにすることができる。耳鏡(その遠位端)が鼓膜の対象領域に対して好ましい観察点に配置されるように、非医師を誘導することができる。任意のより高度な又は最終的な疾患診断は、医師又は医師による更なる検査によって認められる被験体が示す他の症状に基づいて、医師が行わなければならない。
Claims (26)
- 被験者の外耳道に挿入されるヘッド部分と、
前記ヘッド部分の先端から光を照射し、互いに偏心位置に設けられた偏心照明点から外耳道の内部を照らすことができる複数の光源と、
偏心観察点から前記光源からの光が照射された前記外耳道内を捕捉する電子撮像ユニットと、
前記電子撮像ユニットによって捕捉された画像に基づいて物体を同定する電子手段と、
を有し、
前記電子撮像ユニットが少なくとも1つの画像の捕捉中、前記複数の光源が前記耳道内に偏心的に配置される前記偏心照明点から耳道を照らし、
前記電子撮像ユニットが、耳道内の様々な前記偏心観察点から少なくとも2枚の画像を捕捉するか、耳道内の前記偏心照明点から照らしながら少なくとも2枚の画像を捕捉するか、又は耳道内の前記偏心照明点から照らしながら、耳道内の様々な前記偏心観察点から少なくとも2枚の画像を捕捉し、捕捉した前記少なくとも2枚の画像を互いに比較して、前記画像に示されている物体を同定し、
捕捉した画像を立体視できるように規定又は調整され、画像を捕捉するための位置間の距離とした、少なくとも2つの前記偏心観察点間の距離については、少なくとも2mm、又は少なくとも2つの前記偏心照明点間の距離については、3.7mm〜4.6mmの距離、互いから離間している、
ことを特徴とする耳鏡装置。 - 前記電子撮像ユニットが、少なくとも2つの光軸を画定するビームスプリッタ光学素子を有する請求項1に記載の耳鏡装置。
- 前記ビームスプリッタ光学素子が、少なくとも2つのレンズ又はミラーを有する請求項2に記載の耳鏡装置。
- 前記電子撮像ユニットが、単一の画像センサを有する請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の耳鏡装置。
- 前記電子撮像ユニットが、少なくとも2つの偏心観察点から、特定の時間枠内に少なくとも2枚の画像を捕捉する請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の耳鏡装置。
- 前記電子撮像ユニットが、少なくとも2枚の画像の捕捉中、照明のスイッチが、順次入り切りされ、前記照明が、電子撮像ユニットのシャッターと同期される請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の耳鏡装置。
- 前記電子手段が、耳道内の様々な位置から捕捉した少なくとも2枚の画像における様々な物体の位置を比較することによって、又は耳道内の様々な位置から照らしながら捕捉した少なくとも2枚の画像における前記様々な物体の外観を比較することによって、前記様々な物体を識別する請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の耳鏡装置。
- 前記電子撮像ユニットの少なくとも1本の光軸及び少なくとも1つの光源の少なくともいずれかが、第1の画像の捕捉の瞬間と第2の画像の捕捉の瞬間との間に所定の経路に沿って、所定の距離、又は所定の経路に沿って所定の距離、被験体の外耳の耳道内で変位する請求項1から7のいずれかに記載の耳鏡装置。
- 前記耳鏡の適用中に、ユーザが前記耳鏡を操作できるようにするハンドル部分と、
前記ヘッド部分が、長手方向軸に沿って延在している実質的に先細の形態であって、前記ハンドル部分に隣接している近位端及び被験体の外耳の耳道に導入されるようになっている、より小さな遠位端を有し、
前記電子撮像ユニットが、前記ヘッド部分の前記遠位端に配置され、少なくとも1本の光軸が、前記長手方向軸から径方向にオフセットして配置され、径方向オフセットが、前記遠位端の径方向寸法の好ましくは少なくとも0.25倍である請求項1から8のいずれかに記載の耳鏡装置。 - それぞれが前記電子撮像ユニットの光軸を画定する前記電子撮像ユニットの少なくとも2つのカメラ及び前記電子撮像ユニットの少なくとも2本の光軸を画定するビームスプリッタ光学素子の少なくともいずれかを用いて少なくとも2枚の画像が捕捉され、前記ビームスプリッタ光学素子が、単一の画像センサと併用される請求項9に記載の耳鏡装置。
- 前記単一の画像センサを前記カメラの数に応じて分割されたセグメントが少なくとも2つの偏心レンズからそれぞれ画像を捕捉し、捕捉した画像に基づき医師の診断を受けるか否かをユーザに知らせる画像を表示する請求項10に記載の耳鏡装置。
- ヘッド部分の遠位先端の直径に対して最大の径方向オフセットを有するピッチ円上において、前記電子撮像ユニット又は少なくとも1本の光軸及び少なくとも1つの光源の少なくともいずれかが回転し、前記回転が、運動機構のモータによって行われる請求項10から11のいずれかに記載の耳鏡装置。
- 前記電子手段が、回転中に又は少なくとも2つの異なる偏心観察点から耳道内の物体までの距離を決定し、前記物体を同定することを含む請求項12に記載の耳鏡装置。
- 前記電子撮像ユニット又は少なくとも1本の光軸が回転するときに、前記電子撮像ユニット又は前記少なくとも1本の光軸に対して所定の距離が維持されるように、少なくとも1つの光源を回転させる請求項12から13のいずれかに記載の耳鏡装置。
- 前記電子撮像ユニット又は少なくとも1本の光軸及び少なくとも1つの光源の少なくともいずれかが、前記電子撮像ユニットの回転軸又は長手方向軸上の所定の点に継続的に向くように、前記回転軸に対して又は前記長手方向軸に対して傾斜しており、前記所定の点が、前記電子撮像ユニットに対して一定の距離を有する請求項9から14のいずれかに記載の耳鏡装置。
- プローブカバーを備え、軸方向に運動するように配置されているプローブカバー移動機構を更に有し、
前記プローブカバー移動機構が、前記電子撮像ユニット又は少なくとも1本の光軸に対して、前記ヘッド部分に被せられている前記プローブカバーの少なくとも一部を相対的に移動させる請求項8から15のいずれかに記載の耳鏡装置。 - 前記電子撮像ユニット又は少なくとも1本の光軸及び少なくとも1つの光源の少なくともいずれかの任意の変位前に、かかる変位に依存して前記プローブカバーが変位する請求項16に記載の耳鏡装置。
- 捕捉した少なくとも1枚の画像に基づいて、前記電子撮像ユニット又は少なくとも1本の光軸の適切な配置を検証し、その結果、ユーザを誘導することができる請求項1から17のいずれかに記載の耳鏡装置であって、ハンドル部分の挿入深さを示す指示、前記ハンドル部分の回転方向を示す指示、及び耳道の長手方向軸に対する前記ハンドル部分の傾斜角を示す指示の少なくともいずれかが前記ユーザに通知される耳鏡装置。
- 前記電子撮像ユニットが、鼓膜まで少なくとも10mmの距離に配置される遠位端の位置で少なくとも1枚の画像を捕捉する請求項9から18のいずれかに記載の耳鏡装置。
- 少なくとも1つの前記電子撮像ユニットの導入中に、前記ヘッド部分にかかる力を検出する力検出手段を更に有する請求項9から19のいずれかに記載の耳鏡装置。
- ユーザの誘導が、検出された力の特定の値に基づいて行われ、ヘッド部分に配置されているプローブカバーを移動させるために運動機構及び移動機構の少なくともいずれかに接続されている前記力検出手段によって前記力が検出される請求項20に記載の耳鏡装置。
- 前記電子手段が、幾何学的パターンのパターン認識を行い、前記物体を同定する請求項1から21のいずれかに記載の耳鏡装置。
- 物体の同定が鼓膜の同定を含む請求項1から22のいずれかに記載の耳鏡装置の作動方法であって、
前記耳鏡装置が、加圧手段を更に有し、
前記電子手段が、前記鼓膜を捕捉した少なくとも1枚の画像に基づいて前記鼓膜を医学的に特徴付ける工程であって、前記鼓膜の反射の分光組成を決定すること、被験体の鼓室内の物体を同定すること、前記鼓膜の湾曲を決定すること、及び前記加圧手段により前記鼓膜を加圧し、前記鼓膜の可動性を検出することの少なくともいずれかを含む工程を更に含むことを特徴とする耳鏡装置の作動方法。 - 被験体の耳内の鼓膜を同定する耳鏡装置の作動方法であって、
前記耳鏡装置が、前記被験体の外耳の耳道に導入される、電子撮像ユニット及び少なくとも1つの光源、並びに電子手段を有し、
前記電子撮像ユニットが、遠位方向を向いている少なくとも1本の光軸を示す工程と、
前記電子撮像ユニットが、少なくとも1本の光軸上に配置され且つ前記耳道内に偏心的に配置される少なくとも1つの偏心観察点から少なくとも1枚の画像を捕捉する工程と、
前記電子手段が、物体を自動的に同定するために、輝度又は色情報を決定して、前記少なくとも1枚の画像に示されている前記鼓膜を同定する工程と、
前記電子手段が、捕捉された前記鼓膜の少なくとも1枚の画像に基づいて前記鼓膜を医学的に特徴付ける工程と、
前記電子手段が、捕捉された前記鼓膜の少なくとも1枚の画像に基づいてユーザの誘導が行われ、前記鼓膜の画像を捕捉するために、前記電子撮像ユニットを所定の位置に配置する方法をユーザに通知する工程と、
を含むことを特徴とする耳鏡装置の作動方法。 - 前記電子撮像ユニットが、少なくとも2つの光軸を画定するビームスプリッタ光学素子を有する請求項24に記載の耳鏡装置の作動方法。
- 前記ビームスプリッタ光学素子が、少なくとも2つのレンズ又はミラーを有する請求項25に記載の耳鏡装置の作動方法。
