Claims (13)
- タイヤ周方向に延在して環状をなすトレッド部と、該トレッド部の両側に配置された一対のサイドウォール部と、これらサイドウォール部のタイヤ径方向内側に配置された一対のビード部とを備え、前記一対のビード部間にカーカス層を装架し、前記トレッド部における前記カーカス層の外周側に複数層のベルト層を配置すると共に、タイヤ内面の前記トレッド部に対応する領域にタイヤ周方向に沿って接着層を介して帯状の吸音材を接着した空気入りタイヤにおいて、前記ベルト層の外周側にタイヤ周方向に配向する有機繊維コードを含むベルトカバー層を前記ベルト層の全幅にわたって配置し、前記有機繊維コードは弾性率が10000MPa以上である高弾性ヤーンと弾性率が10000MPa未満である低弾性ヤーンとを撚り合わせた複合コードであり、前記ベルトカバー層は少なくともトレッド部のショルダー領域において2層以上の積層構造を有し、30km/h走行時の動的負荷半径に対する270km/h走行時の動的負荷半径の変化率を2.0%以下に規制したことを特徴とする空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記動的負荷半径の変化率を1.8%以下に規制したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記ベルトカバー層はストリップ材をタイヤ周方向に沿って連続的に巻回して少なくともトレッド部のショルダー領域において前記ストリップ材のタイヤ幅方向に隣り合う周回部分の幅方向の一部を互いに重ね合せた積層構造を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜2のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記トレッド部のタイヤ赤道位置に一対の周方向溝により挟まれた陸部を配置したことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記吸音材を前記ベルトカバー層のタイヤ幅方向の配置領域内に配置したことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記ベルトカバー層は各層の幅50mm当たりのコード打ち込み本数が30本以上であることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記ベルト層のタイヤ周方向に対するコード角度が22°〜38°であることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記吸音材はタイヤ周方向に延在する単一の吸音材であり、その長手方向に直交する断面において少なくとも前記接着面に対応する範囲では均一な厚さを有し、その断面形状が長手方向に沿って一定であることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- リム組み時にタイヤ内に形成される空洞部の体積に対する前記吸音材の体積の比率が20%よりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記吸音材の硬さが60N〜170Nであり、前記吸音材の引張り強度が60kPa〜180kPaであることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記接着層は両面接着テープからなり、その引き剥がし粘着力が8N/20mm〜40N/20mmの範囲にあることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記吸音材が連続気泡を有する多孔質材料から構成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記多孔質材料が発泡ポリウレタンであることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
