Claims (12)
- トルク入力部品とトルク出力部品とを備えるハイブリッド型トルク伝達機構であって、 前記トルク入力部品が、トルク入力を受けるように構成された第1の軸方向端部と、構造的特徴部を有する第2の軸方向端部とを含み、
前記トルク出力部品が、第1の軸方向端部と第2の軸方向端部とを含み、
前記トルク出力部品の前記第1の軸方向端部が、前記トルク入力部品の第2の軸方向端部の構造的特徴部と接合する構造的特徴部を有し、前記トルク入力部品及び前記トルク出力部品は同期して回転するようになっており、
前記トルク入力部品及び前記トルク出力部品は、前記トルク入力部品が粉末冶金法を用いて製造され、前記トルク出力部品が金属射出成形を用いて製造されるという、異なるプロセスによって別々に製造されることを特徴とする、ハイブリッド型トルク伝達機構。 - 前記トルク出力部品の前記第1の軸方向端部の構造的特徴部及び前記トルク入力部品の前記第2の軸方向端部の構造的特徴部が、非円筒形接合を成す、請求項1に記載のハイブリッド型トルク伝達機構。
- 前記トルク入力部品の前記第2の軸方向端部、及び前記トルク出力部品の前記第1の軸方向端部の一方が突出部を含み、他方が前記突出部と嵌合する凹部を含む、請求項2に記載のハイブリッド型トルク伝達機構。
- 前記突出部が、少なくとも1つの平面と少なくとも1つの弧状面とを備え、前記凹部が、前記突出部の少なくとも1つの平面と接合する少なくとも1つの平面と、前記突出部の少なくとも1つの弧状面と接合する少なくとも1つの弧状面とを備える、請求項3に記載のハイブリッド型トルク伝達機構。
- 前記突出部の少なくとも1つの平面が、前記凹部の少なくとも1つの平面と隙間嵌めによって接合するように構成され、前記突出部の少なくとも1つの弧状面が、前記凹部の少なくとも1つの弧状面と締まり嵌めによって接合するように構成される、請求項4に記載のハイブリッド型トルク伝達機構。
- 前記突出部が、実質的に多角形の断面を有する、請求項3乃至5のいずれかに記載のハイブリッド型トルク伝達機構。
- トルク出力部品の外面の前記第2の軸方向端部に隣接する少なくとも一部が、複数のギア歯を備える、請求項1から請求項6のいずれかに記載のハイブリッド型トルク伝達機構。
- トルク入力を受け入れるために、前記トルク入力部品の前記第1の軸方向端部が遊星型ギアボックスに結合される、請求項1から請求項7のいずれかに記載のハイブリッド型トルク伝達機構。
- 前記遊星型ギアボックスがリングギアを備え、前記トルク入力部品の前記第1の軸方向端部の一部が前記リングギア内で嵌合するように構成される、請求項8に記載のハイブリッド型トルク伝達機構。
- スリーブが、前記リングギアの一部と前記トルク入力部品の前記第1の軸方向端部の一部との間に嵌合するように構成される、請求項9に記載のハイブリッド型トルク伝達機構。
- 前記スリーブがカールした鋼板であり、縦方向スロットを備え、前記遊星型ギアボックスの前記リングギア内に挿入される際に、前記スリーブが弾性変形できるようになっている、請求項10に記載のハイブリッド型トルク伝達機構。
- 前記トルク入力部品の前記第1の軸方向端部は、複数の連結柱状体と接合するように構成され前記複数の連結柱状体からのトルクを受け取る複数の穴を備える、請求項1に記載のハイブリッド型トルク伝達機構。
