Description
このように、従来の転積装置においては、回転駆動部を高速で回転させようとすれば、振動による負荷が増え、振動による負荷を軽減しようとすれば、回転駆動部の回転速度を下げざるを得ないという問題があった。そのため、回転駆動部の高速回転を実現しながら、振動によるモータ等への負荷を軽減することができる転積装置が求められている。
本発明の他の目的、特徴および利点は添付図面に関する以下の本発明の実施例の記載から明らかになるであろう。
上記記載は実施例についてなされたが、本発明はそれに限らず、本発明の精神と添付の請求の範囲の範囲内で種々の変更および修正をすることができることは当業者に明らかである。

Claims (7)
- 板状コアを所定角度回転させて積層する転積装置であって、
サーボモータと、
前記サーボモータに取り付けられた制振プレートと、
前記制振プレートの上側に設けられた少なくとも1つの上板部材と、
前記制振プレートの下側に設けられた少なくとも1つの下板部材と、
前記制振プレートに取り付けられた複数の振動吸収部材と、
を備え、
前記上板部材および前記下板部材は、振動の自由度を一方向に制限し、
前記振動吸収部材は、上下振動を吸収することを特徴とする前記転積装置。 - 請求項1に記載の転積装置であって、
前記複数の振動吸収部材は、前記制振プレートの上面および下面に取り付けられていることを特徴とする前記転積装置。 - 請求項2に記載の転積装置であって、
前記制振プレートの上面に取り付けられた前記複数の振動吸収部材は、前記制振プレートの上面の複数の任意の場所に取り付けられることを特徴とする前記転積装置。 - 請求項2に記載の転積装置であって、
前記制振プレートの下面に取り付けられた前記複数の振動吸収部材は、前記制振プレートの下面の複数の任意の場所に取り付けられることを特徴とする前記転積装置。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の転積装置であって、
前記上板部材の端部と前記下板部材の端部とが、ボルトで連結されていることを特徴とする前記転積装置。 - 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の転積装置であって、
前記振動吸収部材は、防振ゴムであることを特徴とする前記転積装置。 - 請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の転積装置であって、
前記サーボモータの軸に締結された出力軸に取り付けられたタイミングプーリを更に備えることを特徴とする前記転積装置。
