Description
電気的接触要素1は、導電性のシート材料で作られる。それにより、可撓性で[弾性的な]、復元力を有する。電気的接触要素1は型押しされて一体型の曲げ部として生産され、このようにしてコスト的に有効である。
接触手段17が縦部材18上に付与されて、ここではチューリップ形の容器11、12、13内に突出したエンボスとして形成される。
カバーバネの各縦部材23にて、舌部27が同様に付与されて、舌部の隆起272が形成されるように舌部の開口端271にて曲がる。1つの舌部の隆起272がクランプ方向73に延び、一方、他の舌部の隆起272はクランプ方向73に対して延びる。
列要素101の各々は、ハウジング106に囲まれる電気的接触要素1を含むソケット構造100を有する。該ハウジング106は作業者の接触保護として設けられる。ソケット構造100は夫々それらの列要素101にモジュール的に挿入される。
ハンダ接続104は、電気的な回路基板103を接触要素1に接続し、且つ接触要素1をバスシステム30に接続するために付与される。それらは接触要素1の側部にプラグ(図示せず)として形成される。
列要素101を互いに隣接して配置すべく、取付け壁105が固定手段として両列要素101のハウジング102上に付与される。

Claims (10)
- バスシステムの電気的接続要素(3、4、104)と電気的に接続され、ハウジング(102)の外部に設定される、導電性のシート材料から形成された接触要素(1)において、
電気的接続要素(3、4、104)が挿入される開口端を有する少なくとも3つのU字形の容器(11、12、13)を有し、容器は電気的接続要素(3、4、104)の挿入方向に直交する方向に配列され、外側に位置する容器(11、13)は隣接する容器(12)とは開口端の開口した向きが電気的接続要素(3、4、104)の挿入方向に沿って互いに逆向きであり、全体がW形に形成された接触要素(1)。 - 前記U字形の容器(11、12、13)は、第1の方向(71)又は該第1の方向とは反対の第2の方向(72)から交互にアクセス可能である、請求項1に記載の接触要素(1)。
- 型押しされた曲げ部として形成され電気的に高い導電性の板で作られ、一体化された型押しされた曲げ部である、請求項1又は2に記載の接触要素(1)。
- 前記U字形の容器(11、12、13)は、各々2つの縦部材(18)によって形成される、請求項1乃至3の何れかに記載の接触要素(1)。
- 前記縦部材(18)は、横部材(19)によって相互に連結される、請求項4に記載の接触要素(1)。
- 前記縦部材(18)上に接触手段(17、171)が付与される、請求項4又は5に記載の接触要素(1)。
- ストリップ材から一体に作られた、請求項1乃至6の何れかに記載の接触要素(1)。
- U字形の容器に対して解除可能なカバーバネ(2)によって相互に接続された、幾つかの同じ容器を備える、請求項1乃至7の何れかに記載の接触要素(1)。
- 前記電気的接続要素(3、4、104)は、プラグコネクタ(4)、ハンダ接続(104)及び/又はバスバー(3)を含む、請求項1乃至8の何れかに記載の接触要素(1)。
- 電気的アセンブリ及びソケット構造(100)を備えた列要素を備え、該ソケット構造(100)は電気的アセンブリを外部に設定されたバスシステム(30)と電気的に接続する為に付与され、且つ請求項1乃至9の何れかの接触要素(1)を有する、電気的デバイス(101)。
