Description
Rは−OH、=O、−OC(O)R4、−OR6、−(OR6)2から選択され、各R6は独立に、1〜4個の炭素原子を含有するアルキル基から選択され、R4は0〜2個の二重結合及び1〜15個の炭素原子を有する、分岐又は直鎖、飽和又は不飽和ヒドロカルビル基であり;
XはO又はCH2であり、但し、XがOである場合、Rは=Oでしかあり得ず;
各Zは独立に、(CH)及び(CH2)から選択され;
yは1及び2から選択される数字であり;
R1はH或いは0〜2個の二重結合及び1〜15個の炭素原子を有する、分岐又は直鎖、飽和又は不飽和ヒドロカルビル基から選択され;
R2はH並びに0〜3個の二重結合及び1〜15個の炭素原子を有する、分岐又は直鎖、飽和又は不飽和ヒドロカルビル基から選択され;
R3はH並びに0〜3個の二重結合及び1〜15個の炭素原子を有する、分岐又は直鎖、飽和又は不飽和ヒドロカルビル基、−(CH2)nOH、−C(O)OR5、−CH2C(O)OR7、−CH2C(O)R8、−C(O)NR9R10、−CH2C(O)NR11R12から選択され、R5、R7、R8、R9、R10、R11及びR12の各々は独立に、H並びに0〜3個の二重結合及び1〜15個の炭素原子を有する、分岐又は直鎖、飽和又は不飽和ヒドロカルビル基から選択され且つnは1〜12の整数であり;
環構造中の2位と3位との間の結合は単又は二重結合であり得;且つ
構造(I)の化合物は化合物中11〜20個の総炭素原子を含有する、但し、Rが=Oであり、XがCH2であり、ZがCH2であり、yが1であり、R2がHであり且つR3がCH2C(O)OR7である場合、構造(I)の化合物中の炭素原子の総数は15〜20個の炭素原子であり、XがOであり且つRが=Oである場合、構造(I)の化合物中の炭素原子の総数は11〜17個の炭素原子である)
の化合物の少なくとも1種と接触させることにより得られる。本発明はまた、指定構造の光学異性体、ジアステレオマー及びエナンチオマーも含む。したがって、立体化学が明示的に定義されていない全ての立体中心で、全ての可能なエピマーが想起される。本発明の一態様として、蚊の防除は、蚊及びその幼虫に毒性である化合物により得る。
Rは−OH、=O、−OC(O)R4、−OR6、−(OR6)2から選択され、各R6は独立に、1〜4個の炭素原子を含有するアルキル基から選択され、R4は0〜2個の二重結合及び1〜15個の炭素原子を有する、分岐又は直鎖、飽和又は不飽和ヒドロカルビル基であり;

各Zは独立に、(CH)及び(CH2)から選択され;
yは1及び2から選択される数字であり;
R1はH或いは0〜2個の二重結合及び1〜15個の炭素原子を有する、分岐又は直鎖、飽和又は不飽和ヒドロカルビル基から選択され;
R2はH並びに0〜3個の二重結合及び1〜15個の炭素原子を有する、分岐又は直鎖、飽和又は不飽和ヒドロカルビル基から選択され;
R3はH、0〜3個の二重結合及び1〜15個の炭素原子を有する、分岐又は直鎖、飽和又は不飽和ヒドロカルビル基、−(CH2)nOH、−C(O)OR5、−CH2C(O)OR7、−CH2C(O)R8、−C(O)NR9R10、−CH2C(O)NR11R12から選択され、R5、R7、R8、R9、R10、R11及びR12の各々は独立に、H並びに0〜3個の二重結合及び1〜15個の炭素原子を有する、分岐又は直鎖、飽和又は不飽和ヒドロカルビル基から選択され且つnは1〜12の整数であり;
環構造中の2位と3位との間の結合は単又は二重結合であり得;且つ
構造(I)の化合物は化合物中11〜20個の総炭素原子を含有する、但し、Rが=Oであり、XがCH2であり、ZがCH2であり、yが1であり、R2がHであり且つR3がCH2C(O)OR7である場合、構造(I)の化合物中の炭素原子の総数は15〜20個の炭素原子であり、XがOであり且つRが=Oである場合、構造(I)の化合物中の炭素原子の総数は11〜17個の炭素原子である)

構造(I)の化合物である。
Rが=Oであり、Xが0であり、ZがCH又はCH2であり、yが1又は2であり、1であり、2位と3位との間の結合が単結合であり、R1が7〜11個の炭素原子のアルキル基であり、R2がHであり、且つR3がH又はCH3である
構造(I)の化合物である。
5連の250匹成体雌蚊をそれぞれ、5つの加温、血液充填、膜被覆ウェル(well、縦穴)への入口を有する透明プラスチックケージに入れた。特に断らない限り、蚊はネッタイシマ蚊であった。膜が忌避剤で処理された。5連が試験された。各連は新鮮な蚊のバッチ、血液及び処理膜を使用した。各ウェルをプロービングしている蚊の数が2分間隔で20分間記録された。各ウェルでのプローブの総数が観察期間の最後で集計され、対照に対する平均忌避百分率が各製剤について計算された。
Claims (10)
- 前記化合物が織物の衣類の表面に施用される又は織物の衣類に含浸させられる、請求項1〜5のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 前記化合物がローション、ワイプ又はスプレーの形態で局所的に施用される、請求項1〜5のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 前記蚊がN,N−ジエチル−m−トルアミド及びパラ−メンタン−3,8−ジオールから選択される化合物と組み合わせて請求項1〜5のいずれか一つに記載の前記化合物の少なくとも1種と接触させられる、請求項1〜5のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 前記化合物が
(化1−21)で示されるメチルアプリトーン、
(化1−3)で示されるプロピルジヒドロジャスモネート、
(化1−12)で示されるγ−ドデカラクトン、
(化1−17)で示されるγメチルドデカラクトン、
(化1−14)で示されるγ−トリデカラクトン、
(化1−18)で示されるγメチルトリデカラクトン、
(化1−15)で示されるγ−テトラデカラクトン、
(化1−28)で示される3−メチル−5−ブチル−2−シクロヘキセノン及び
(化1−32)で示される3−メチル−5−ヘプチル−2−シクロヘキセノンについて選択される、請求項1〜3、5のいずれか一つに記載の方法。 - 前記化合物が蚊又はその幼虫に毒性である、請求項1〜5のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
