Description
樹脂で形成された滑り軸受であって、
支持対象を支持する軸受面あるいは当該軸受面の反対側の面である裏面に、前記樹脂の熱膨張による当該軸受面に沿った方向への寸法変化を許容して、前記樹脂の熱膨張による径方向の寸法変化を抑制することにより、前記樹脂の熱膨張による影響を低減するための構造である熱影響低減構造が形成されており、
前記熱影響低減構造は、前記軸受面と前記裏面とを貫く穴であり、
前記穴は、前記滑り軸受の端部側より中央部側の方がより多く配置されている。
Claims (4)
- 樹脂で形成された滑り軸受であって、
支持対象を支持する軸受面あるいは当該軸受面の反対側の面である裏面に、前記樹脂の熱膨張による当該軸受面に沿った方向への寸法変化を許容して、前記樹脂の熱膨張による径方向の寸法変化を抑制することにより、前記樹脂の熱膨張による影響を低減するための構造である熱影響低減構造が形成されており、
前記熱影響低減構造は、前記軸受面と前記裏面とを貫く穴であり、
前記穴は、前記滑り軸受の端部側より中央部側の方がより多く配置されている
ことを特徴とする滑り軸受。 - 請求項1に記載の滑り軸受であって、
前記樹脂は熱硬化性樹脂である
ことを特徴とする滑り軸受。 - 請求項2に記載の滑り軸受であって、
前記熱硬化性樹脂は、フェノール樹脂である
ことを特徴とする滑り軸受。 - 請求項1ないし3のいずれか一項に記載の滑り軸受であって、
織布あるいは不織布に含浸された前記樹脂が積層されて形成されている
ことを特徴とする滑り軸受。
