A2.前記第1及び第2の繊維強化プラスチック樹脂積層板のうちの各々の中の繊維強化材は、炭素繊維であって、かつ前記構造ボンドラインは、前記第1及び第2の積層板の電気インピーダンスと実質的に一致する電気インピーダンスを有する、接着含浸されたスクリムを含む、段落A1に記載の複合積層構造も提供される。
A3.前記構造ボンドラインの少なくとも一部分は、周囲環境に晒される、段落A1又はA2に記載の複合積層構造も提供される。
A4.前記第1及び第2の積層板、並びに前記構造ボンドラインは、T形状の接合部を形成する、段落A1からA3のいずれかに記載の複合積層構造も提供される。
A5.前記第1及び第2の積層板は、オープンな内部を有する燃料タンクの部分を形成し、かつ前記構造ボンドラインの一部分は、前記燃料タンクの前記オープンな内部に晒される、段落A1からA4のいずれかに記載の複合積層構造も提供される。
A6.前記構造ボンドラインは、前記第1及び第2の積層板のAC導電率と実質的に一致するAC導電率を有する、接着含浸されたスクリムを含む、段落A1からA5のいずれかに記載の複合積層構造も提供される。
本願発明のさらなる側面によれば、
B1.第1の電気インピーダンスを有する、第1の炭素繊維強化プラスチック積層板;
前記第1の電気インピーダンスと実質的に一致する第2の電気インピーダンスを有する、第2の炭素繊維強化プラスチック積層板;並びに
前記第1及び第2の積層板の間の接着ボンドラインであって、前記第1及び第2の電気インピーダンスと実質的に一致する第3の電気インピーダンスを有する接着剤及びスクリムを含む、接着ボンドラインを備える、複合積層構造が提供される。
B2.前記第1及び第2の積層板は、燃料を蓄えるために適合された、オープンな内部を有する燃料タンクの部分を形成し、かつ前記接着ボンドラインの一部分は、前記燃料タンクの前記オープンな内部に晒される、段落B1に記載の複合積層構造も提供される。
B3.前記第1及び第2の積層板、並びに前記接着ボンドラインは、T形状の接合部を形成する、段落B1又はB2に記載の複合積層構造も提供される。
B4.前記第1、第2、及び第3の電気インピーダンスのうちの各々は、抵抗成分及びリアクタンス成分を含み、前記抵抗成分は実質的に等しく、かつ前記リアクタンス成分は実質的に等しい、段落B1からB3のいずれかに記載の複合積層構造も提供される。
B5.前記スクリムは炭素繊維から形成される、段落B1からB4のいずれかに記載の複合積層構造も提供される。
B6.前記第1及び第2の積層板、並びに前記接着ボンドラインは、実質的に同じAC導電率を有する、段落B1からB5のいずれかに記載の複合積層構造も提供される。
C1.落雷防護を有する複合航空機の燃料タンクであって:
少なくとも第1の炭素繊維強化プラスチック積層壁;
少なくとも第2の炭素繊維強化プラスチック積層壁;並びに
前記第1及び第2の積層壁を接続する接着ボンドラインであって、前記第1及び第2の積層壁のうちの各々の電気インピーダンスと実質的に一致する電気インピーダンスを有する導電性スクリムを含む、接着ボンドラインを備える、複合航空機の燃料タンク。
C2.前記接着ボンドラインの少なくとも一部分は、前記燃料タンク内部の燃料蒸気に晒されるように適合される、段落C1に記載の複合航空機の燃料タンクも提供される。
D1.2つの硬化された炭素繊維強化プラスチック積層板の間の接着接合部に対して落雷防護を提供する方法であって:
前記2つの硬化された炭素繊維強化プラスチック積層板のうちの各々の電気インピーダンスと実質的に一致する電気インピーダンスを有するスクリムを前記接着接合部に設置することを含む、方法。
D2.前記スクリムを設置することは、前記スクリムを接着剤に含浸することを含む、段落D1に記載の方法も提供される。
D3.前記接着剤は、フィルム接着剤及びペースト接着剤のうちの1つである、段落D2に記載の方法も提供される。
D4.前記スクリムは炭素繊維から形成される、段落D1からD3のいずれかに記載の方法も提供される。
D5.前記積層板、及び前記スクリムは、実質的に同じ導電率を有する、段落D1からD4のいずれかに記載の方法も提供される。
D6.前記スクリムを前記接着接合部に設置することは:
T形状の構成に前記2つの積層板をアセンブリングすること、及び
前記2つの積層板のうちの一方のエッジと、前記2つの積層板のうちの他方の面との間に前記スクリムを置くことを含む、段落D2に記載の方法も提供される。
E1.段落D1に記載の方法によって製造される、露出された接着接合部を有する航空機の燃料タンク。
F1.2つの炭素繊維強化プラスチック積層板の間の露出されたボンドラインにわたる電位を低減させる方法であって:
前記2つの積層板のうちの各々の導電率を決定すること;
前記2つの積層板のうちの各々の決定された前記導電率と実質的に一致する導電率を有するスクリムを選択すること;
前記2つの積層板の間に前記スクリム及び接着剤を設置すること;並びに
前記接着剤を硬化させることを含む、方法。
G1.落雷に対して防御された、露出された接着部を有する複合構造を製作する方法であって:
第1及び第2の炭素繊維強化プラスチックプリプレグ積層板をレイアップするステップ;
前記第1及び第2のプリプレグ積層板を硬化させるステップ;並びに
前記第1及び第2の硬化された積層板を接着接合部に接続するステップであって、
前記第1及び第2の積層板のうちの各々の電気インピーダンスと実質的に一致する電気インピーダンスを有するスクリムを選択することと、
前記スクリムを接着剤に含浸することと、
ボンドラインを形成するために、前記第1及び第2の積層板の間に、含浸された前記スクリムを設置することと、
前記接着剤を硬化させることと、を含むステップを含む、方法。
Claims (13)
- 第1及び第2の繊維強化プラスチック樹脂積層板であって、各々が電気インピーダンスを有する、第1及び第2の繊維強化プラスチック樹脂積層板;並びに
前記第1及び第2の積層板を接合する構造ボンドラインであって、前記第1及び第2の積層板の電気インピーダンスと実質的に一致する電気インピーダンスを有する、構造ボンドラインを備える、複合積層構造。 - 前記第1及び第2の繊維強化プラスチック樹脂積層板のうちの各々の中の繊維強化材は、炭素繊維であって、かつ前記構造ボンドラインは、前記第1及び第2の積層板の電気インピーダンスと実質的に一致する電気インピーダンスを有する、接着含浸されたスクリムを含む、請求項1に記載の複合積層構造。
- 前記構造ボンドラインの少なくとも一部分は、周囲環境に晒される、請求項1又は2に記載の複合積層構造。
- 前記第1及び第2の積層板、並びに前記構造ボンドラインは、T形状の接合部を形成する、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の複合積層構造。
- 前記第1及び第2の積層板は、オープンな内部を有する燃料タンクの部分を形成し、かつ前記構造ボンドラインの一部分は、前記燃料タンクの前記オープンな内部に晒される、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の複合積層構造。
- 前記構造ボンドラインは、前記第1及び第2の積層板のAC導電率と実質的に一致するAC導電率を有する、接着剤に含浸されたスクリムを含む、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の複合積層構造。
- 2つの硬化された炭素繊維強化プラスチック積層板の間の接着接合部に対して落雷防護を提供する方法であって:
前記2つの硬化された炭素繊維強化プラスチック積層板のうちの各々の電気インピーダンスと実質的に一致する電気インピーダンスを有するスクリムを前記接着接合部に設置することを含む、方法。 - 前記スクリムを設置することは、前記スクリムを接着剤に含浸することを含む、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記接着剤は、フィルム接着剤及びペースト接着剤のうちの1つである、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記スクリムは炭素繊維から形成される、請求項7から9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記積層板、及び前記スクリムは、実質的に同じ導電率を有する、請求項7から10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記スクリムを前記接着接合部に設置することは:
T形状の構成に前記2つの積層板をアセンブリングすること、及び
前記2つの積層板のうちの一方のエッジと、前記2つの積層板のうちの他方の面との間に前記スクリムを置くことを含む、請求項8に記載の方法。 - 請求項7に記載の方法によって製造される、露出された接着接合部を有する航空機の燃料タンク。
