Description
(1)複数の摩擦部材を備える係合要素に潤滑油を供給する変速装置において、前記係合要素は、環状のハブと、前記ハブの外周部に取り付けられた複数の第1摩擦板と、前記ハブの外周側で前記ハブと同心円上に配置された円筒状のドラムと、前記ドラムの内周部に取り付けられかつ前記第1摩擦板と交互に配置された第2摩擦板を有し、前記ハブに前記ハブの半径方向に貫通して潤滑油路が形成され、前記ハブの内周側に前記潤滑油路の開口部を被うように隔壁部が設けられ、前記ハブもしくは前記ハブと一体の部材に、前記隔壁部の内周側から飛翔する潤滑油を前記ハブもしくは前記ハブと一体の前記部材の外周側で前記係合要素を外れた箇所に導く排出孔が形成されていることを特徴とする変速装置。これにより、余剰の潤滑油を係合要素に流入させないように逃がすことができる。
(2)上記(1)に記載の変速装置において、前記隔壁部の外周面には、前記潤滑油路に向けて開口した供給口が形成されていることを特徴とする変速装置。
Claims (6)
- 摩擦力によってトルクを伝達する係合要素と、前記係合要素を押圧して前記摩擦力を発生させる油圧部とを有する摩擦係合機構における前記係合要素に潤滑油を供給する係合機構の潤滑装置において、
前記油圧部に供給する係合圧を発生させる係合圧発生部と、
前記摩擦係合機構を解放状態にする場合に前記油圧部に対する前記係合圧の供給を遮断する第1バルブと、
前記係合圧によって動作し、前記摩擦係合機構を解放状態にする場合に前記係合要素に対する潤滑油の供給を可能にする第2バルブと、
を備えていることを特徴とする係合機構の潤滑装置。 - 請求項1に記載の係合機構の潤滑装置において、
前記第1バルブは、前記摩擦係合機構を係合状態にする場合に前記油圧部に対する前記係合圧の供給の遮断を解除し、
前記第2バルブは、前記摩擦係合機構を係合状態にする場合に前記係合要素に対する潤滑油の供給を可能にするように構成されていることを特徴とする係合機構の潤滑装置。 - 請求項1または2に記載の係合機構の潤滑装置において、
前記係合要素に潤滑油を供給する潤滑油路をさらに備え、
前記第2バルブは、前記係合圧発生部によって発生された係合圧が供給されることにより前記潤滑油路を開くように構成されていることを特徴とする係合機構の潤滑装置。 - 請求項1ないし3のいずれか一項に記載の係合機構の潤滑装置において、
前記第2バルブの開閉動作を制御するコントローラをさらに備え、
前記コントローラは、前記摩擦係合機構が係合状態から解放状態に切り替わった後の予め定めた所定時間の間、前記潤滑油が前記係合要素に供給されるように前記第2バルブを動作させるように構成されていることを特徴とする係合機構の潤滑装置。 - 請求項4に記載の係合機構の潤滑装置において、
前記所定時間は、前記摩擦係合機構の油圧部に供給された係合圧および前記係合要素の回転数に基づいて推定される発熱量が予め定めた所定値以下となる時間に設定されていることを特徴とする係合機構の潤滑装置。 - 請求項1ないし5のいずれか一項に記載の係合機構の潤滑装置において、
前記係合圧発生部から前記油圧部に係合圧を供給する油路を備え、
前記第1バルブは、前記摩擦係合機構を解放状態にする場合に発生させられる所定の信号圧によって動作することにより前記油路を遮断しかつ前記所定の信号圧が発生させられていない場合に前記油路を開くことを特徴とする係合機構の潤滑装置。
