Claims (16)
- クロム、窒素および炭素を含有するコーティング(13)を有するコンポーネント(10)において、
前記コーティング(13)は、セラミック相(17)および炭素相(18)を備えた滑り層(16)を有しており、
前記セラミック相(17)は、Crx(C1-yNy)、ただし0.8≦x≦1.2かつy>0.7からなる結晶質のセラミック相を構成し、
前記滑り層(16)は、全体的に、前記結晶質のセラミック相(17)および前記炭素相(18)が交互に配置される個別層(A,B)からなる層システムを構成し、
前記炭素相(18)は、前記結晶質のセラミック相(17)によって充填される穴を有し、
前記結晶質のセラミック相(17)は、連続的に形成される、
ことを特徴とするコンポーネント(10)。 - 請求項1に記載のコンポーネント(10)において、
Crx(C1-yNy)からなる前記結晶質のセラミック相(17)に対して、0.9≦x≦1.1かつy>0.8が成り立つ、
ことを特徴とするコンポーネント(10)。 - 請求項1に記載のコンポーネント(10)において、
前記結晶質のセラミック相(17)は、その個別層(A)間に橋かけ(22)を形成する、
ことを特徴とするコンポーネント(10)。 - 請求項1に記載のコンポーネント(10)において、
前記結晶質のセラミック相(17)および前記炭素相(18)は、層状(41,42,43)である、
ことを特徴とするコンポーネント(10)。 - 請求項4に記載のコンポーネント(10)において、
前記炭素相(18)の前記層(43)は、前記滑り層(16)の表面(19)に平行に配置されている、
ことを特徴とするコンポーネント(10)。 - 請求項1に記載のコンポーネント(10)において、
前記滑り層(16)は、8〜27Atom%の全体炭素含有量を有する、
ことを特徴とするコンポーネント(10)。 - 請求項6に記載のコンポーネント(10)において、
前記滑り層(16)は、12〜20Atom%の全体炭素含有量を有する、
ことを特徴とするコンポーネント(10)。 - 請求項1に記載のコンポーネント(10)において、
前記滑り層(16)の厚さは1〜50μmである、
ことを特徴とするコンポーネント(10)。 - 請求項1に記載のコンポーネント(10)において、
各個別層(A,B)の厚さは、1.0nmと4.0nmとの間である、
ことを特徴とするコンポーネント(10)。 - 請求項1に記載のコンポーネント(10)において、
前記滑り層(16)のビッカース硬度は1000HV0.05〜2000HV0.05である、
ことを特徴とするコンポーネント(10)。 - 請求項1に記載のコンポーネント(10)において、
前記滑り層(16)の弾性率は100〜200GPaである、
ことを特徴とするコンポーネント(10)。 - 請求項1に記載のコンポーネント(10)において、
前記滑り層(16)の表面は、1μm未満の平均粗さRzを有しており、および/または、
負荷長さ率Rmr(02)は50%より大であり、および/または、
負荷長さ率Rmr(03)は70%より大である、
ことを特徴とするコンポーネント(10)。 - 請求項1に記載のコンポーネント(10)において、
前記コーティング(13)は、基体(11)の表面(12)に被着され、
前記基体(11)と前記滑り層(16)との間に、金属材料からなる付着層(14)が被着されている、
ことを特徴とするコンポーネント(10)。 - 請求項13に記載のコンポーネント(10)において、
前記付着層(14)と前記滑り層(16)との間に窒化金属材料からなる中間層(15)が被着されている、
ことを特徴とするコンポーネント(10)。 - 請求項1に記載のコンポーネント(10)において、
内燃機関用のコンポーネント、すなわちピストンリング、ピストンピン、カムシャフトのカム、バルブ、バルブプランジャまたはロッカーアームである、
ことを特徴とするコンポーネント(10)。 - コンポーネント(10)を滑り層(16)でコーティングするための方法であって、
少なくとも1つのコンポーネント(10)は、真空チャンバ(21)において、回転テーブル(28)上に配置されたスピンドル(30)に回転可能に取り付けられている、方法において、
前記滑り層(16)を作製するため、以下のパラメタで、すなわち、
材料源を少なくとも1つの金属ターゲット(24)および少なくとも1つの炭素ターゲット(25)とし、
炭素のターゲット電流に対する金属のターゲット電流の比を2〜7とし、
前記コンポーネント(10)におけるデポジット温度を350℃〜ら500℃とし、
バイアス電圧を−50V〜−150Vとし、
前記真空チャンバにおける圧力を0.2Pa〜1.0Paとし、
前記真空チャンバにおける雰囲気を、全圧に対して0.6〜1.0の窒素分圧比を有する窒素および不活性ガスとし、
前記回転テーブル(28)の回転を毎分20〜40回転とし、
前記少なくとも1つのスピンドル(30)の回転を前記回転テーブル(28)の1回転当たり5〜7回転として、
アーク蒸着によるPVD法を使用する、
ことを特徴とする方法。
