Claims (14)
- 板厚2.0mm以下の強化用ガラス板をイオン交換処理した後、50℃以上、且つ強化用ガラス板の歪点未満の温度で熱処理する方法であって、該イオン交換処理後、該熱処理前に、200℃未満の温度まで冷却する工程を有することを特徴とする強化ガラス板の製造方法。
- KNO3溶融塩を含むイオン交換溶液を用いて、板厚2.0mm以下の強化用ガラス板をイオン交換処理した後、(内部のK発光強度)/(表層のK発光強度)の比が0.67超〜0.95になるように熱処理する方法であって、該イオン交換処理後、該熱処理前に、200℃未満の温度まで冷却する工程を有することを特徴とする強化ガラス板の製造方法。
- 80℃以上、且つ(歪点−200)℃未満の温度で熱処理することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の強化ガラス板の製造方法。
- 熱処理後に、所定サイズに切断する工程を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れかに記載の強化ガラス板の製造方法。
- イオン交換処理後、熱処理前に、所定サイズに切断する工程を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れかに記載の強化ガラス板の製造方法。
- イオン交換処理前に、所定サイズに切断する工程を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜5の何れかに記載の強化ガラス板の製造方法。
- オーバーフローダウンドロー法又はフロート法で強化用ガラス板を成形することを特徴とする請求項1〜6の何れかに記載の強化ガラス板の製造方法。
- 圧縮応力層の圧縮応力値が400MPa以上、且つ圧縮応力層の応力深さが15μm以上になるように、強化用ガラス板をイオン交換処理することを特徴とする請求項1〜7の何れかに記載の強化ガラス板の製造方法。
- ガラス組成中にNa2Oを1〜20質量%含むように、強化用ガラス板を作製することを特徴とする請求項1〜8の何れかに記載の強化ガラス板の製造方法。
- ガラス組成として、質量%で、SiO2 50〜80%、Al2O3 5〜25%、B2O3 0〜15%、Na2O 1〜20%、K2O 0〜10%を含有するように、強化用ガラス板を作製することを特徴とする請求項1〜9の何れかに記載の強化ガラス板の製造方法。
- 歪点が500℃以上になるように、強化用ガラス板を作製することを特徴とする請求項1〜10の何れかに記載の強化ガラス板の製造方法。
- β−OH値が0.45/mm以下になるように、強化用ガラス板を作製することを特徴とする請求項1〜11の何れかに記載の強化ガラス板の製造方法。
- 表面の全部又は一部を研磨しないことを特徴とする請求項1〜12の何れかに記載の強化ガラス板の製造方法。
- 表示デバイスのカバーガラスに用いることを特徴とする請求項1〜13の何れかに記載の強化ガラス板の製造方法。
