前記コントローラは、前記金型装置内の成形材料を圧縮する圧縮行程の途中で、前記駆
動装置の制御を位置制御と圧力制御との間で切り換え、
前記圧縮行程は、前記位置制御と前記圧力制御との切り換えによって複数の工程に分割され、
前記コントローラは、前記複数の工程のうちの最初の工程および最後の工程の両方において前記位置制御を行い、前記両方の工程の間の工程において前記圧力制御を行う、射出成形機が提供される。

Claims (3)
- 金型装置内の成形材料を圧縮する圧縮部材の駆動装置と、
前記駆動装置を制御するコントローラとを有し、
前記コントローラは、前記金型装置内の成形材料を圧縮する圧縮行程の途中で、前記駆動装置の制御を位置制御と圧力制御との間で切り換え、
前記圧縮行程は、前記位置制御と前記圧力制御との切り換えによって複数の工程に分割され、
前記コントローラは、前記複数の工程のうちの最初の工程および最後の工程の両方において前記位置制御を行い、前記両方の工程の間の工程において前記圧力制御を行う、射出成形機。 - 前記駆動装置は、前記金型装置からの成形品の突き出しに用いられるエジェクタ装置である、請求項1に記載の射出成形機。
- 前記圧縮部材は、前記金型装置からの成形品の突き出しに用いられる、請求項2に記載の射出成形機。
