Claims (4)
- 受圧盤と、
金型の一方が取り付けられる固定盤と、
前記固定盤に対向するように配置され、金型の他方が取り付けられる可動盤と、
一端が前記受圧盤に連結されるとともに他端が前記可動盤に連結され、前記可動盤を前後進させることで、前記金型の開閉を行うトグル機構と、
クロスヘッドを含み、前記トグル機構を駆動させる駆動装置と、
前記クロスヘッドの位置に基づいて前記可動盤の動作量を検出する第1の位置検出器と、
前記金型の実型締力を検出する圧力検出器と、
前記可動盤の実際の位置を検出する第2の位置検出器と、
少なくとも前記駆動装置を制御する制御部と、を備え、
前記制御部は、
前記圧力検出器によって検出された前記実型締力と前記制御部に予め設定された設定型締力とに基づいて、微小型開動作の際の前記可動盤の動作量を補正する第1の補正手段と、
前記第1の位置検出器より得られた前記可動盤の動作量と前記第2の位置検出器より得られた前記可動盤の位置とに基づいて、微小型開動作の際の前記可動盤の動作量を補正する第2の補正手段と、を有することを特徴とする型締装置。 - 前記第2の補正手段による補正量は、微小型開動作時に前記可動盤が移動する移動距離に応じて異なる値となることを特徴とする請求項1記載の型締装置。
- 請求項1又は2記載の型締装置を備えたことを特徴とする成形装置。
- 請求項1又は2記載の型締装置を用い、前記可動盤を前記固定盤から離れる方向に微小型開動作させる微小型開工程を備え、
前記微小型開工程では、前記圧力検出器によって検出された前記実型締力と前記制御部に予め設定された設定型締力とに基づいて、前記可動盤の動作量を補正する第1の補正と、
前記第1の位置検出器より得られた前記可動盤の動作量と前記第2の位置検出器より得られた前記可動盤の位置とに基づいて、前記可動盤の動作量を補正する第2の補正と、を実行することを特徴とする成形方法。
