また、本発明のインモールドラベル容器10に用いられる射出樹脂8としては、射出成形可能な熱可塑性樹脂、例えば、ポリプロピレン、ポリエチレン、ポリスチレン等が使用され得る。
次にシート成形体3を構成する積層体23の変形例について図10により説明する。図10に示すように、シート成形体3を構成する積層体23は外側から順次配置された合成樹脂層としてのポリプロピレン層(PP)23aと、ガスバリア性と酸素吸収性を有するガスバリア/酸素吸収樹脂層23bと、接着層としてのポリプロピレン層(PP)23cとを有する。

Claims (6)
- 胴部と、底部とを備えたインモールドラベル容器において、
胴部シートと平面八角形状の底部シートとを含むとともに、容器形状をもち、ガスバリア性を有するシート成形体と、
ガスバリア性を有するラベルと、
シート成形体とラベルとの間に介在された射出樹脂とを備え、
シート成形体は射出樹脂の内側に位置し、ラベルは射出樹脂の外側に位置するとともに、シート成形体はガスバリア性および酸素吸収性を有するガスバリア/酸素吸収樹脂層を含み、
ラベルは底部ラベルと、底部ラベルの周縁から外方へ延びるとともに、互いに分離された複数の部分を含み、底部ラベルと一体に形成された胴部ラベルとを有し、底部ラベルは平面八角形状を有し、胴部ラベルの各部分は底部ラベルの各辺から放射状に外方へ延びることを特徴とするインモールドラベル容器。 - ガスバリア/酸素吸収樹脂層は、酸素吸収剤を含むガスバリア樹脂層を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載のインモールドラベル容器。
- ガスバリア/酸素吸収樹脂層は、ガスバリア樹脂層と、酸素吸収剤を含む酸素吸収樹脂層とを有することを特徴とする請求項1または2記載のインモールドラベル容器。
- ガスバリア樹脂層はEVOH層を有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか記載のインモールドラベル容器。
- 酸素吸収剤は酸素吸収性を有する有機化合物を有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか記載のインモールドラベル容器。
- 酸素吸収剤は還元可能な金属の粉体を有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか記載のインモールドラベル容器。
