Description

Claims (28)
- 組織部位を治療するためのマニホールド部材において、
複数の柔軟繊維でフロック加工され及び織られて第1の側面および第2の側面を有するガーゼを形成する複数の絡み合い状の合成繊維であって、前記複数の柔軟繊維が、前記複数の合成繊維の素材とは異なる素材を具える、複数の絡み合い状の合成繊維と;
前記ガーゼの少なくとも前記第1の側面または前記第2の側面に形成された複数の隆起であって、少なくとも1つの寸法が約10μm〜約20μmであり、硬さが約40〜約60Shore Aであり、ドーム形、正方形、矩形、又は三角形のうちの少なくとも1つの形状を有し、前記組織部位での組織の肉芽形成を促すよう構成された複数の隆起と
を含むことを特徴とする、マニホールド部材。 - 請求項1に記載のマニホールド部材において、前記ガーゼの密度が、1平方メートル当たり約20〜200グラム(約20〜200gsm)の範囲であることを特徴とする、マニホールド部材。
- 請求項1または2の何れか一項に記載のマニホールド部材において、前記複数の絡み合い状の合成繊維の平均直径が15μm超および25μm未満であることを特徴とする、マニホールド部材。
- 請求項1または請求項2乃至3の何れか一項に記載のマニホールド部材において、前記少なくとも1つの寸法の長さが平均有効長であることを特徴とする、マニホールド部材。
- 請求項1または請求項2乃至4の何れか一項に記載のマニホールド部材において、前記複数の隆起の各々がポリマー粒子を含むことを特徴とする、マニホールド部材。
- 請求項1または請求項2乃至5の何れか一項に記載のマニホールド部材において、前記複数の絡み合い状の合成繊維が親水性であることを特徴とする、マニホールド部材。
- 請求項1または請求項2乃至5の何れか一項に記載のマニホールド部材において、前複数の記絡み合い状の合成繊維が疎水性であることを特徴とする、マニホールド部材。
- 請求項1または請求項2乃至7の何れか一項に記載のマニホールド部材において、前記複数の絡み合い状の合成繊維が、ポリエステル、ポリアミド、およびポリオレフィンのうちの少なくとも1つを含むことを特徴とする、マニホールド部材。
- 請求項1または請求項2乃至8の何れか一項に記載のマニホールド部材において、前記複数の絡み合い状の合成繊維が顔料を含むことを特徴とする、マニホールド部材。
- 請求項1または請求項2乃至9の何れか一項に記載のマニホールド部材において、前記複数の絡み合い状の合成繊維が、円形断面を有する繊維を含むことを特徴とする、マニホールド部材。
- 請求項1または請求項2乃至9の何れか一項に記載のマニホールド部材において、前記複数の絡み合い状の合成繊維が、耳たぶ状の断面を有する繊維を含むことを特徴とする、マニホールド部材。
- 請求項1または請求項2乃至11の何れか一項に記載のマニホールド部材において、前記複数の絡み合い状の合成繊維が、澱粉または感水ポリマーを含み、濡れているときよりも乾いているときにより硬度が高くなることを特徴とする、マニホールド部材。
- 請求項1または請求項2乃至12の何れか一項に記載のマニホールド部材において、前記複数の絡み合い状の合成繊維がX線不透過性マーカを含むことを特徴とする、マニホールド部材。
- 請求項1または請求項2乃至13の何れか一項に記載のマニホールド部材において、前記複数の隆起が、成形されたポリマーの小塊を含むことを特徴とする、マニホールド部材。
- 減圧を用いて組織部位を治療するシステムにおいて、前記システムが:
前記組織部位に近接して配置されたマニホールド部材と;
前記マニホールド部材を被覆して、前記組織部位の周りに密閉空間を形成するように適合されたシール部材と;
前記マニホールド部材に流体的に結合された減圧源と
を含み、および
前記マニホールド部材が、
複数の柔軟繊維でフロック加工され及び織られて第1の側面および第2の側面を有するガーゼを形成する複数の絡み合い状の合成繊維であって、前記複数の柔軟繊維が、前記複数の合成繊維の素材とは異なる素材を具える、複数の絡み合い状の合成繊維と、
前記ガーゼの少なくとも前記第1の側面または前記第2の側面に形成された複数の隆起であって、少なくとも1つの寸法が約10μm〜約20μmであり、硬さが約40〜約60Shore Aであり、ドーム形、正方形、矩形、又は三角形のうちの少なくとも1つの形状を有し、前記組織部位での組織の肉芽形成を促すよう構成された複数の隆起と

- 請求項15または請求項16乃至21の何れか一項に記載のシステムにおいて、前記複数の絡み合い状の合成繊維が、ポリエステル、ポリアミド、およびポリオレフィンのうちの少なくとも1つを含むことを特徴とする、システム。
- 請求項15または請求項16乃至22の何れか一項に記載のシステムにおいて、前記複数の絡み合い状の合成繊維が顔料を含むことを特徴とする、システム。
