Claims (5)
- Pt又はPt合金からなる導電性粒子と、ジルコニア若しくは安定化ジルコニア、又は、これらのいずれかとLa、Ce、Pr、Nd、Sm、Hfの酸化物とからなるセラミック粉末と、が溶剤に分散してなるガスセンサー電極形成用の金属ペーストであって、
更に、アルミナよりなる無機酸化物粒子、及び、カーボン又はダイヤモンド粉のいずれかよりなる不溶性粒子を含み、
前記無機酸化物粒子の粒径は、5〜500nmであり、前記不溶性粒子の粒径は、0.5〜3μmであり、
前記導電性粒子と前記セラミック粉末と前記無機酸化物粒子と前記不溶性粒子とからなる固形分の質量基準で、前記無機酸化物粒子を0.5質量%以上3.0質量%以下、前記不溶性粒子を5.0質量%超15.0質量%以下分散してなるガスセンサー電極形成用の金属ペースト。 - 導電性粒子は、Pt、又は、30質量%以下のPdを含むPt−Pd合金のいずれかからなる請求項1記載のガスセンサー電極形成用の金属ペースト。
- 導電性粒子の粒径は、5nm〜2μmである請求項1又は請求項2記載のガスセンサー電極形成用の金属ペースト。
- セラミック粉末の分散量は、固形分の質量基準で10〜20質量%である請求項1〜請求項3のいずれかに記載のガスセンサー電極形成用の金属ペースト。
- 溶剤は、エチレングリコール、プロピレングリコール、エチレングリコールモノフェニルエーテル、ベンジルアルコール、ケロシン、パラフィン、γ―ブチロラクトン、N−メチルピロリドン、ブチルカルビトール、テレピン油、α―テルピネオール、タービネオールのいずれか1種以上である請求項1〜請求項4のいずれかに記載のガスセンサー電極形成用の金属ペースト。
