Claims (5)
- シャント抵抗と、
バッテリーポスト端子と、
ケースと、
を備えたバッテリー状態検知装置であって、
前記シャント抵抗は、少なくとも一部が平坦状の導体部を備え、
前記バッテリーポスト端子は、
バッテリーポストに接続されるバッテリーポスト接続部と、
前記シャント抵抗の前記導体部に接続される平坦状のシャント抵抗接続部と、
を備え、
前記シャント抵抗の前記導体部と、前記バッテリーポスト端子の前記シャント抵抗接続部と、が溶接により接続されており、
前記シャント抵抗接続部と前記バッテリーポスト接続部の間には折曲げ部が形成されており、当該折曲げ部の折り目は、前記シャント抵抗の長手方向に平行しており、
前記バッテリーポスト端子の一部が前記ケース内に配置されており、前記バッテリーポスト端子における、当該ケースの外側に露出している部分と当該ケースにインサートされている部分との境界部分の幅が、当該幅と同方向における前記シャント抵抗接続部の長さよりも長くなるように形成されていることを特徴とするバッテリー状態検知装置。 - 請求項1に記載のバッテリー状態検知装置であって、
前記シャント抵抗に流れた電流を検出する回路基板を備え、
前記ケースは前記回路基板を収容し、当該ケースは、前記溶接により接続されたシャント抵抗及び前記バッテリーポスト端子の少なくとも一部をインサートして成形されており、
前記バッテリーポスト端子の、前記ケースにインサートされる部分と当該ケースの外部に露出する部分との境界部分である露出境界部が、平坦状に形成されていることを特徴とするバッテリー状態検知装置。 - 請求項2に記載のバッテリー状態検知装置であって、
前記シャント抵抗及び前記バッテリーポスト端子の、前記ケースにインサートされる部分に、面取り部が設けられていることを特徴とするバッテリー状態検知装置。 - 請求項1に記載のバッテリー状態検知装置であって、
前記シャント抵抗は、ハーネスに接続されるハーネス接続部を有し、
前記バッテリーポスト端子には、前記バッテリーポスト接続部と前記ハーネス接続部を結ぶ仮想線に沿ってボス部が形成されていることを特徴とするバッテリー状態検知装置。 - 請求項1に記載のバッテリー状態検知装置であって、
前記折曲げ部は、クランク状に折り曲げられており、
前記バッテリーポスト端子は、当該折曲げ部の側端面に接続する補強壁を備えることを特徴とするバッテリー状態検知装置。
