Description
Claims (14)
- 第1のルミネッセンス材料を含む第1の層であって、前記第1のルミネッセンス材料は、量子閉じ込めを示す粒子であって、少なくとも1つの寸法において、ナノメートル範囲のサイズを有する粒子を含み、前記第1の層は、紫色又は青色スペクトル範囲内の第1のスペクトル分布の光を放射する光源からの光を受け取り、前記第1のスペクトル分布は、第1のピーク波長を有し、前記第1の層は、紫色又は青色スペクトル範囲内の前記第1のスペクトル分布の位置と無関係に、実質的にすべての前記受け取った光を、青色スペクトル範囲内の第2のスペクトル分布の光に変換し、前記第2のスペクトル分布は、前記第1のピーク波長よりも長い波長である第2のピーク波長を有する、前記第1の層と、
第2のルミネッセンス材料を含む第2の層であって、前記第2の層は、前記第2のスペクトル分布の光を受け取り、前記受け取った光を、前記第1のスペクトル分布及び前記第2のスペクトル分布とは異なる第3のスペクトル分布の光に少なくとも部分的に変換する、前記第2の層と、
を含み、
前記第1のルミネッセンス材料の吸収スペクトルは、前記紫色又は青色スペクトル範囲内の前記第1のスペクトル分布に完全に重なる、
光変換アセンブリ。 - 紫色又は青色スペクトル範囲内の前記第1のスペクトル分布の光を放射する光源を更に含む、請求項1に記載の光変換アセンブリ。
- 前記第1の層は、前記受け取った光を完全に吸収するのに十分に多い第1のルミネッセンス材料の量を含む、請求項1又は2に記載の光変換アセンブリ。
- 前記第2のピーク波長は、460ナノメートル乃至480ナノメートルの範囲内にある、請求項1又は2に記載の光変換アセンブリ。
- 前記第1のピーク波長は、380ナノメートル乃至460ナノメートルの範囲内にある、請求項1又は2に記載の光変換アセンブリ。
- 前記第3のスペクトル分布は、500ナノメートル乃至800ナノメートルのスペクトルの範囲内にある、請求項1又は2に記載の光変換アセンブリ。
- 前記第1の層は、前記光源と直接的に接触している、請求項2に記載の光変換アセンブリ。
- 前記第1の層と前記第2の層との間に、間隙が存在している、請求項1又は2に記載の光変換アセンブリ。
- 反射光混合チャンバを更に含み、光源、前記第1の層、前記第2の層のうちの少なくとも1つが、前記反射光混合チャンバ内に配置される、請求項1又は2に記載の光変換アセンブリ。
- 前記反射光混合チャンバは、光出射窓を含み、前記第2の層は、前記光出射窓に配置される、請求項9に記載の光変換アセンブリ。
- 前記第1のルミネッセンス材料は、量子ドット、量子ロッド及び量子テトラポッドのうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1に記載の光変換アセンブリ。
- 請求項1乃至11の何れか一項に記載の光変換アセンブリを含むランプ。
- 請求項1乃至11の何れか一項に記載の光変換アセンブリを含む、又は、請求項12に記載のランプを含む、照明器具。
- 実質的にすべての第1のスペクトル分布の光を第2のスペクトル分布の光に変換する光変換アセンブリにおける第1のルミネッセンス材料を含む層の使用であって、前記第1のスペクトル分布は、紫色又は青色スペクトル範囲内にあり、第1のピーク波長を有し、前記第2のスペクトル分布は、青色スペクトル範囲内にあり、第2のピーク波長を有し、前記第2のピーク波長は、前記第1のピーク波長よりも長い波長であり、実質的に完全な前記変換は、前記第1のスペクトル分布の紫色又は青色スペクトル範囲内の位置と無関係であり、前記第1のルミネッセンス材料の吸収スペクトルは、前記紫色又は青色スペクトル範囲内の前記第1のスペクトル分布に完全に重なり、前記第1のルミネッセンス材料は、量子閉じ込めを示す粒子であって、少なくとも1つの寸法において、ナノメートル範囲のサイズを有する粒子を含む、使用。
