以下では、本発明の一実施形態による積層型電子部品を説明するが、これに制限されるものではない。
図8は、本発明の一実施形態による積層型電子部品100の製造方法を示す工程図である。

Claims (10)
- フェライト材料を含む複数の磁性体層を含むセラミック本体と、
前記磁性体層の間に配置された非磁性体層と、
前記セラミック本体の内部に配置され、前記複数の磁性体層及び前記非磁性体層のうち少なくともいずれか一つの層に配置された複数の内部コイルパターンが、電気的に接続されて形成された内部コイル部と、
前記セラミック本体に配置され、前記内部コイル部と接続された外部電極と、
含み、
前記非磁性体層はNb2O5系誘電体を含み、
前記Nb 2 O 5 系誘電体は、ZnO-Nb 2 O 5 、ZnO-TiO 2 -Nb 2 O 5 、BaO-Nb 2 O 5 、BaO-TiO 2 -Nb 2 O 5 及びBi 2 O 3 -Nb 2 O 5 系のうち少なくともいずれか一つを含み、
前記非磁性体層はV 2 O 5 を含み、
前記非磁性体層に含まれるNb 2 O 5 とV 2 O 5 のモル比が0.9:0.1以上0.6:0.4未満であり、
前記非磁性体層はガラスフリットを7〜20wt%含む、積層型電子部品。 - 前記ガラスフリットは、CaO及びBaOのうち少なくともいずれか一つを含む、請求項1に記載の積層型電子部品。
- 前記非磁性体層は、前記内部コイル部の内部に配置される、請求項1に記載の積層型電子部品。
- 前記非磁性体層の一部の領域は前記誘電体を含み、前記誘電体を含まない領域は前記磁性体層の物質と同じ物質を含む、請求項1に記載の積層型電子部品。
- 前記非磁性体層の一部の領域は前記誘電体を含み、前記誘電体を含まない領域は空いている、請求項1に記載の積層型電子部品。
- フェライト材料を含む複数の磁性体シートを製造する段階と、
単一又は複数のNb2O5系誘電体を含む非磁性体シートを製造する段階と、
前記磁性体シート及び前記非磁性体シートのうち少なくともいずれか一つのシート上に内部コイルパターンを形成する段階と、
前記磁性体シート及び前記非磁性体シートを積層して内部コイル部及びセラミック本体を形成する段階と、
前記セラミック本体の端面に前記内部コイル部と接続する外部電極を形成する段階と、
を含み、
前記Nb 2 O 5 系誘電体は、ZnO-Nb 2 O 5 、ZnO-TiO 2 -Nb 2 O 5 、BaO-Nb 2 O 5 、BaO-TiO 2 -Nb 2 O 5 及びBi 2 O 3 -Nb 2 O 5 系のうち少なくともいずれか一つを含み、
前記非磁性体シートはV 2 O 5 を含み、
前記非磁性体シートに含まれるNb 2 O 5 とV 2 O 5 のモル比が0.9:0.1以上0.6:0.4未満であり、
前記非磁性体シートはガラスフリットを7〜20wt%含む、積層型電子部品の製造方法。 - 前記ガラスフリットは、CaO及びBaOのうち少なくともいずれか一つを含む、請求項6に記載の積層型電子部品の製造方法。
- 前記非磁性体シートは、前記内部コイル部の内部に配置される、請求項6に記載の積層型電子部品の製造方法。
- 前記非磁性体シートの一部の領域は前記Nb 2 O 5 系誘電体を含み、前記Nb 2 O 5 系誘電体を含まない領域は前記磁性体シートの物質と同じ物質を含む、請求項6に記載の積層型電子部品の製造方法。
- 前記非磁性体シートの一部の領域は前記Nb 2 O 5 系誘電体を含み、前記Nb 2 O 5 系誘電体を含まない領域は空いている、請求項6に記載の積層型電子部品の製造方法。
