Abstract
Description
一方、潤滑グリース組成物において、直鎖型パーフルオロポリエーテルの質量比が高すぎる場合は、厚く安定的に維持される強固な油膜形成が困難となるため寿命が短くなり、また、側鎖型パーフルオロポリエーテルの質量比が高すぎる場合は、低温特性が著しく悪化することとなるため耐スティックスリップ性が低下するものと推察される。
図1に概略を示す試験機を用いて試験を実施した。すなわち、表1に示すグリース組成物を充填したトルクリミッタのハウジングを試料として、試験機の試料取付け治具に取り付け、所定のトルクに設定した後、モータに取り付けられたプーリからタイミングベルトを介して内輪を所定の回転速度で回転させた。トルクが低下するか顕著なスティックスリップが発生するまでの回転時間を求め、グリースの耐久性を以下のように判定した。
◎;耐久性極めて良好;回転時間500時間超
○;耐久性良好 ;回転時間300〜500時間
×;耐久性不良 ;回転時間300時間未満
平均分子量9,500、動粘度(40℃)150mm2/sec、流動点−65℃
(*2)一般式(2)で表わされる化合物。
平均分子量6,000、動粘度(40℃)320mm2/sec、流動点−25℃
(*3)平均一次粒径0.2μm
(*4)ステアリン酸カルシウム
Claims (6)
- 基油が、直鎖型パーフルオロポリエーテル(A)と側鎖型パーフルオロポリエーテル(B)の混合物であって、(A)/(B)の質量比が1/0.6〜1/3の範囲内にあることを特徴とするトルクリミッタ用潤滑グリース組成物。
- 増ちょう剤含有量が潤滑グリース組成物全体に対して、2〜60質量%である請求項1または2記載の潤滑グリース組成物。
- 増ちょう剤がフッ素樹脂及び/または金属石けんである請求項3記載の潤滑グリース組成物。
- 固体潤滑剤を潤滑グリース組成物全体に対して0.5〜10質量%添加した請求項1〜4のいずれか1項記載の潤滑グリース組成物。
- 固体潤滑剤がリン酸カルシウムである請求項5記載の潤滑グリース組成物。
