Description
図1は、本実施形態の電解水生成装置1の構成を示している。本実施形態の電解水生成装置1は、水を電気分解する電解槽4を有する装置本体2と、電解槽4に供給される水を浄化する浄水カートリッジ5と、を備えている。図1では、装置本体2の一部を構成するケースが2点鎖線にて示され、電解水生成装置1の主要な構成が透視されている。

Claims (8)
- 水を電気分解する電解槽を有する装置本体と、前記装置本体に供給される水を浄化する浄水カートリッジとを備えた電解水生成装置であって、
運転モードとして、前記電解槽によって電解水を生成するための通常モードと、前記装置本体の内部を洗浄するための洗浄モードとを有し、
前記装置本体は、前記浄水カートリッジ及び前記装置本体の内部を洗浄するための薬品が充填された洗浄用カートリッジが択一的に取り外し可能に装着される装着部と、
前記装着部に前記洗浄用カートリッジが装着されていることを検出する検出手段と、前記検出手段が前記装着部への前記洗浄用カートリッジの装着を検出したときに、前記運転モードを前記通常モードから前記洗浄モードに切り替える切替手段とを含むことを特徴とする電解水生成装置。 - 前記洗浄用カートリッジには、前記洗浄用カートリッジを特定するための情報が格納された記憶手段が設けられており、
前記検出手段は、前記記憶手段から前記情報を読み取るための通信手段を有し、
前記装置本体は、前記通信手段によって読み取られた前記情報に基づいて前記装着部への前記洗浄用カートリッジの装着を判断する判断手段をさらに含む請求項1記載の電解水生成装置。 - 前記装置本体は、前記運転モードが前記洗浄モードであるとき、前記電解槽への電解電流の供給を停止する停止手段をさらに含む請求項1又は2記載の電解水生成装置。
- 前記運転モードをユーザーに通知する通知手段をさらに有する請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の電解水生成装置。
- 前記洗浄用カートリッジは、供給された前記水を通過させて、前記水と共に前記薬品を前記装置本体の内部に供給し、
前記洗浄用カートリッジを単位時間あたりに通過する通水量を検出する流量センサーをさらに有し、
前記通水量が予め定められた値を超えたとき、前記通信手段は、前記情報の読み取りを開始する請求項2記載の電解水生成装置。 - 前記洗浄用カートリッジは、供給された前記水を通過させて、前記水と共に前記薬品を前記装置本体の内部に供給し、
前記洗浄用カートリッジを単位時間あたりに通過する通水量を検出する流量センサーをさらに有し、
前記通知手段は、前記流量センサーによって検出される前記通水量に基づいて、前記洗浄モードでの前記電解水生成装置の操作手順をユーザーに通知する請求項4記載の電解水生成装置。 - 前記通信手段は、前記洗浄用カートリッジの使用履歴を前記記憶手段に書き込む請求項2又は5に記載の電解水生成装置。
- 前記装置本体は、前記使用履歴が前記記憶手段に書き込まれた前記洗浄用カートリッジが前記装着部に装着され、前記通信手段が、前記記憶手段から前記使用履歴を読み取ったとき、別の洗浄用カートリッジへの交換を促す通知手段を有する請求項7記載の電解水生成装置。
