Claims (13)
- アンテナに接続した第1の入力端子(PAD+)及び第2の入力端子(PAD−)、通信段であって、前記通信段内の着信信号を復調及び/又は変調するように適合した通信段、並びにユニット(200)用電源を提供する電圧変換器(106)を備える電力段(105)を備えるRFタグ用受信器ユニットにおいて、
前記電力段は、前記電圧変換器の出力電圧を制限するように適合させた調整回路(107)を更に含み、前記調整回路(107)は、第2の電流値を決定するように適合させた調整器回路(108)を備え、前記第2の電流値は、Iシャントの像Iiシャントであり、前記Iシャントは前記ユニット(200)によって吸収される前記電圧変換器(106)からの出力電流の剰余であり、前記調整器回路(108)は、前記Iiシャントが所定の閾値(Iref)を超える場合に制御信号(S_reg)を供給し、前記制御信号は、前記変換器回路の前記入力電圧を制限するように構成したリミッタ回路(110)に送信することを特徴とする、RFタグ用受信器ユニット。 - 前記電圧変換器は、交流/直流型であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のRFタグ受信器ユニット。
- 前記電圧変換器(106)は、入力に接地生成器(1060)を含み、前記接地生成器(1060)は、互いに接続した第1のN型MOSトランジスタ(1060a)及び第2のN型トランジスタ(1060b)から構成し、それにより、前記第1のN型MOSトランジスタ(1060a)のソース及び前記第2のN型トランジスタ(1060b)のソースが、互いに接続して前記電圧変換器の接地を形成し、前記第1のトランジスタのドレインは、前記第1の入力端子(PAD+)及び前記第2のトランジスタのゲートに接続する一方で、前記第2のトランジスタのドレインは、前記第2の入力端子(PAD−)及び前記第1のトランジスタのゲートに接続し、前記電圧変換器は、電圧修正器部(1061)を形成する複数の同一の構造体(1062)を更に備えること、並びに前記変換器出力は、2つのN型MOSトランジスタ(1066)を含み、前記トランジスタの前記ソースは、出力線を形成するように互いに接続し、前記トランジスタのうち1つの前記ドレインは、前記第1の端子から延在する前記電圧修正器部の最後の構造体に接続し、もう一方の前記トランジスタの前記ドレインは、前記第2の端子から延在する前記電圧修正器部の最後の構造体に接続し、各前記トランジスタの前記ゲートは、前記トランジスタの前記ソースに接続することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のRFタグ受信器ユニット。
- 前記電圧修正器部(1061)は、前記第1の入力端子(E1)及び前記第2の入力端子(E2)のそれぞれから、互いに接続した同一の直列構造体(1062)が延在するように構成し、前記各直列構造体のうち第1の前記構造体は、前記第1の入力端子(E1)及び前記第2の入力端子(E2)のうち1つ、並びに次の前記構造体に接続し、2つの前記構造体の間の接続点は、各前記構造体が前記第1の端子及び前記第2の端子に接続するように前記第1の入力端子(E1)又は前記第2の入力端子(E2)のうち1つに接続することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のRFタグ受信器ユニット。
- 前記リミッタ回路(110)は、少なくとも1つのトランジスタ(TL)を含み、前記少なくとも1つのトランジスタ(TL)は、前記トランジスタ(TL)のドレインを介して前記第1の入力端子(E1)に接続し、前記トランジスタ(TL)のソースを介して前記第2の入力端子(E2)に接続し、また、前記少なくとも1つのトランジスタを程度の差はあれ導電性にするために、前記制御信号(S_reg)を前記トランジスタ(TL)のゲートに送信することを特徴とする、請求項1から4のうちいずれか一項に記載の受信器ユニット。
- 前記リミッタ回路(110)は、平行に組み付けた複数のトランジスタを含むことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の受信器ユニット。
- 前記調整ユニット(107)は、基準電圧(VBG)及び前記所定の閾値(Iref)をシャント電圧調整器に供給するバンドギャップ電圧生成器(109)を更に含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から6のうちいずれか一項に記載の受信器ユニット。
- 前記通信段(104)は、前記リミッタ回路(110)に直接接続する通信動作を表す信号(Sc)を提供するように適合され、前記通信動作の間、調整しないようにすることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のうちいずれか一項に記載の受信器ユニット。
- 計算ユニット及び少なくとも1つの機能を実施するメモリを含む制御ユニット(200)、並びに信号を送受信し電力を前記制御ユニットに供給するように構成した少なくとも1つの受信器ユニットを備えるRFタグ(1)において、前記受信器ユニットは、請求項1から8のうちいずれか一項に記載の受信器ユニット(100)であることを特徴とする、RFタグ(1)。
- 前記受信器ユニット(100)は、第1の周波数(F1)を使用する第1のプロトコル(P1)に従って動作するように構成されることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載のRFタグ。
- 前記第1のプロトコル(P1)は、長距離プロトコルであることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載のRFタグ。
- 前記タグは、第2の周波数(F2)を使用する第2のプロトコル(P2)に従って動作するように構成した第2の受信器ユニット(100’)を更に含み、前記第2の受信器ユニットは、ユニット(200)に電流(Ihf)を供給するように構成し、前記制御ユニットは、電流(Ihf+uhf)を受信し、前記電流(Ihf+uhf)の値は、前記第1の受信器ユニット(100)及び前記第2の受信器ユニット(100’)からの電流(Iuhf、Ihf)の和であることを特徴とする、請求項9から11のうちいずれか一項に記載のRFタグ。
- 前記第1の受信器ユニットは、電流ミラー回路(112)を更に含み、前記電流ミラー回路(112)は、前記第1の受信器ユニット電流と前記第2の受信器ユニット電流との和の像である電流(I1)を表す信号(SI1)を供給するために使用し、前記第2の受信器ユニット(100’)は、電流ミラー回路(113)を更に備え、前記電流ミラー回路(113)は、前記第2の受信器ユニット(100’)によって供給する電流(Ihf)の像である電流(I2)を表す信号(SI2)を供給するために使用すること、及び前記第1の受信器ユニットは、減算器回路(114)を更に含み、前記第2の受信器ユニットが供給する前記電流の像である前記電流(I1)から、前記第1の受信器ユニット電流と前記第2の受信器ユニット電流との和の像である前記電流(I2)を減算し、前記第1の受信器ユニットからの前記電流(Iuhf)を表す信号だけを前記リミッタ回路(110)に供給することを特徴とする、請求項12に記載のRFタグ。
