Claims (6)
- 超音波を入出射する超音波振動子と、配管材質と音響インピーダンスが近く超音波の伝播密度を向上させる超音波伝播部と、前記超音波伝播部と前記超音波振動子とを接続させる整合層とを有した超音波探触子と、
前記超音波伝播部の外周に設けた超音波減衰部と、
を備え、
前記超音波伝播部は、前記整合層側の断面積が配管側に向けて断面積が小さくなるテーパ部を有し、前記テーパ部に接続される前記配管側下部を筒形状にしたことを特徴とする超音波プローブ。 - 前記テーパ部は、円錐形状であり、前記テーパ部に接続される前記配管側下部は円筒形状であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の超音波プローブ。
- 前記超音波減衰部の下端平面は、前記超音波伝播部の下端平面と同一平面を形成することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の超音波プローブ。
- 前記超音波伝播部の周囲であって、配管外壁面上に超音波吸収体を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに記載の超音波プローブ。
- 前記超音波探触子と前記超音波減衰部とは一体構成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一つに記載の超音波プローブ。
- 前記超音波探触子と前記超音波減衰部とを覆うカバーを設けたことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一つに記載の超音波プローブ。
