Description
本発明の第1実施形態について図面を参照しつつ説明する。なお、本実施形態の非接触給電制御システムは、例えば、電気自動車(EV)、プラグインハイブリッド自動車(PHV)等に搭載された蓄電装置に電力を蓄電(給電)する場合に適用されると好適である。
本発明の第2実施形態について説明する。本実施形態は、第1実施形態に対して、車両1が走行する路面50に送電部10を配置するものであり、その他に関しては第1実施形態と同様であるため、ここでは説明を省略する。
また、生体または金属が存在しないと判定した場合には(S500:YES)、充電レーン50b内に給電要求している車両1が存在するか否かを判定する。具体的には、上記のように、入口ゲート51を給電要求がある車両1が通過した際に車両1のカウントを増加し、出口ゲート52を給電要求がある車両が通過した際に車両1のカウントを減算するため、カウント値が0であるか否かを判定する。
本発明の第3実施形態について説明する。本実施形態は、第1実施形態に対して、外周熱流束センサ12b、32bを備えないものであり、その他に関しては第1実施形態と同様であるため、ここでは説明を省略する。
本発明は上記した実施形態に限定されるものではなく、特許請求の範囲に記載した範囲内において適宜変更が可能である。
上記各実施形態では、非接触給電制御システムについて説明したが、本発明の熱流束センサを用いて工場等の安全制御システムを構成することもできる。
ワークに対して所定の処理を行う処理設備と、
前記処理設備に備えられ、前記処理設備内に前記ワークが搬送される際の入口となる入口ゲートと、
作業者によって前記ワークが搭載され、前記ワークを前記処理設備内に搬送する搬送コンベアと、
前記処理設備の稼動を制御する制御部と、を備え、
前記入口ゲートには、熱流束に応じたセンサ信号を出力する熱流束センサが配置され、
前記制御部は、前記センサ信号に応じた測定値と第1閾値とを比較し、前記測定値が前記第1閾値より大きいと判定した場合には前記処理設備の稼動を停止し、前記測定値が前記第1閾値以下であると判定した場合には、前記測定値と前記第1閾値より小さい第2閾値とを比較し、前記測定値が前記第2閾値より大きいと判定した場合には、前記作業者に警告を発信することを特徴とする安全制御システムに関するものである。

Claims (6)
- 路面(50)側に配置され、外部の電源装置(21)と接続された送電パッド(11)と、
前記電源装置を制御して前記送電パッドへの通電を調整する制御部(23)と、
前記送電パッドの周辺に存在する生体を検知する生体検知手段(12a、12b)と、
車両(1)に搭載され、前記電源装置から前記送電パッドへ通電された際、前記送電パッドと磁気的に結合されることによって電力が励起される受電パッド(31)と、
前記車両に搭載され、前記受電パッドに励起された電力を蓄電する蓄電装置(41)と、を備え、
前記生体検知手段は、熱流束に応じたセンサ信号を出力する熱流束センサで構成されていると共に、前記路面側に配置され、
前記熱流束センサは、熱可塑性樹脂からなる絶縁基材(100)に厚さ方向に貫通する複数の第1、第2ビアホール(101、102)が形成されていると共に、前記第1、第2ビアホールに互いに異なる金属で形成された第1、第2層間接続部材(130、140)が埋め込まれ、前記第1、第2層間接続部材が交互に直列接続された構成とされ、
前記第1、第2層間接続部材を形成する前記金属の少なくとも一方は、複数の金属原子が当該金属原子の結晶構造を維持した状態で焼結された焼結合金であり、
前記制御部は、前記生体検知手段の結果に基づいて前記送電パッドの周辺に前記生体が存在しないと判定したとき、前記電源装置を制御して前記送電パッドへ通電させることにより、前記受電パッドに電力を励起させて当該電力を前記蓄電装置に蓄電させる非接触給電制御システム。 - 前記路面側に配置され、前記送電パッドの周辺に存在する金属を検知する金属検知手段(12a、12b)を備え、
前記制御部は、前記生体検知手段の結果に基づいて前記送電パッドの周辺に前記生体が存在しないと判定し、かつ、前記金属検知手段の結果に基づいて前記送電パッドの周辺に前記金属が存在しないと判定したとき、前記電源装置を制御して前記蓄電装置に蓄電させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の非接触給電制御システム。 - 前記金属検知手段は、前記熱流束センサで構成され、前記生体検知手段を構成する前記熱流束センサと共通とされている請求項2に記載の非接触給電制御システム。
- 前記制御部は、前記蓄電装置に電力を蓄電させるために前記送電パッドへの通電を行う前に、前記センサ信号に応じた測定値と所定の第1閾値とを比較し、前記測定値が前記所定の第1閾値以下の場合に前記送電パッドの周辺に生体が存在しないと判定し、前記生体が存在しないと判定すると、前記送電パッドの周辺に金属が存在する場合に前記金属を加熱するために前記送電パッドへの通電を所定期間行った後、前記センサ信号に応じた測定値と所定の第2閾値とを比較し、前記測定値が当該所定の第2閾値以下の場合に前記送電パッドの周辺に前記金属が存在しないと判定して、前記蓄電装置に電力を蓄電させるために前記送電パッドへの通電を開始することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の非接触給電制御システム。
- 前記熱流束センサは、前記路面に対する法線方向から視たとき、前記送電パッドの内側に配置された内周熱流束センサと、前記送電パッドの周辺に配置された外周熱流束センサと、を有し、
前記制御部は、前記蓄電装置に電力を蓄電させるために前記送電パッドへの通電を行っている際、前記外周熱流束センサから出力される前記センサ信号に応じた測定値と所定の第3閾値とを比較し、前記測定値が前記所定の第3閾値より大きい場合、前記送電パッドの周辺に前記生体および前記金属の少なくとも一方が存在すると判定して前記送電パッドへの通電を停止することを特徴とする請求項3または4に記載の非接触給電制御システム。 - 前記熱流束センサは、前記路面に対する法線方向から視たとき、前記送電パッドの内側に配置されており、
前記制御部は、前記蓄電装置に電力を蓄電させるために前記送電パッドへの通電を所定期間行った後、前記熱流束センサから出力される前記センサ信号に基づいた測定値と所定の第4閾値とを比較し、前記測定値が前記所定の第4閾値より大きい場合、前記送電パッドの周辺に前記生体および前記金属の少なくとも一方が存在すると判定することを特徴とする請求項3または4に記載の非接触給電制御システム。
