Claims (12)
- 液体を、加圧された気体でもって微粒子化して噴射する液体噴射装置であって、
内部に加圧気体を供給するための気体流路と、液体を供給するための液体流路を設けた本体部と、
前記本体部に、液体を噴射する液体噴射口をスリット状に開口させたノズル部と、
を備えており、
前記ノズル部は、前記液体噴射口を中心とする両側側面にノズル傾斜面を備えており、
前記ノズル傾斜面と、前記本体部との間で、加圧気体を噴射するための気体噴射口を画定しており、
前記液体噴射口が、前記液体流路と連通されており、前記気体噴射口が、前記気体流路と連通されており、
前記ノズル傾斜面は、断面視において液体噴射口の延長線上で交差するよう形成されており、
前記加圧気体を、ノズル傾斜面に沿って傾斜させて噴射し、液体を放出後に両側から挟み込むようにして交差させ、もって液体を破砕して微粒化させて噴射させてなることを特徴とする液体噴射装置。 - 請求項1に記載の液体噴射装置であって、
前記ノズル傾斜面が、液体噴射口を中心として、第一ノズル傾斜面と第二ノズル傾斜面で構成されており、
前記気体流路が、
前記第一ノズル傾斜面に面した第一気体噴射口に連通された第一気体流路と、
前記第二ノズル傾斜面に面した第二気体噴射口に連通された第二気体流路と、
で構成されてなることを特徴とする液体噴射装置。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の液体噴射装置であって、
前記液体噴射口を、該液体噴射口から噴射される微粒子が前記本体部の延長方向に対して直交方向を中心に進行するよう形成してなることを特徴とする液体噴射装置。 - 請求項1から3のいずれか一に記載の液体噴射装置であって、
前記ノズル傾斜面の傾斜角度が、20°〜70°に形成されてなることを特徴とする液体噴射装置。 - 請求項1から4のいずれか一に記載の液体噴射装置であって、
前記本体部を、円筒状に構成し、
前記液体噴射口を円周状に開口して、微粒子をリング状に放出してなることを特徴とする液体噴射装置。 - 請求項5に記載の液体噴射装置であって、
前記第一気体流路が、前記本体部内を延長されると共に、前記液体噴射口と対応する領域を通過させた後、折り返されて、前記第一気体噴射口に連通されてなることを特徴とする液体噴射装置。 - 請求項5又は6に記載の液体噴射装置であって、
前記第一気体流路が、前記本体部内の中心軸に沿って、前記液体噴射口と対応する領域を超えて延長されたメイン流路と、
前記液体噴射口と対応する領域を超えた部位に開口された開口部と連通させたバッファ室と、
を備えており、
前記メイン流路に供給され、前記開口部を通じて前記バッファ室に送出された第一気体が、該バッファ室でもって整流されるよう構成されてなることを特徴とする液体噴射装置。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の液体噴射装置であって、
前記液体噴射口を直線状のスリットに開口し、前記本体内に延長された液体流路の延長方向と垂直方向に、該液体噴射口から噴射される微粒子が進行するよう形成してなることを特徴とする液体噴射装置。 - 請求項1から8のいずれか一に記載の液体噴射装置であって、
前記液体流路が、複数のサブ液体流路を有しており、各サブ液体流路から供給される液体が、前記液体噴射口の前段で統合されてなることを特徴とする液体噴射装置。 - 請求項1から9のいずれか一に記載の液体噴射装置であって、
前記液体噴射口のスリット幅d3を、前記第一気体噴射口のスリット幅d1又は第二気体噴射口のスリット幅d2よりも広くしてなることを特徴とする液体噴射装置。 - 請求項1から10のいずれか一に記載の液体噴射装置であって、
前記液体噴射口のスリット幅d3を、前記第一気体噴射口のスリット幅d1又は第二気体噴射口のスリット幅d2に対して、
d3≧1.5d1、又は
d3≧1.5d2
としてなることを特徴とする液体噴射装置。 - 液体を、加圧された気体でもって微粒子化して噴射する液体噴射方法であって、
液体を液体流路を通して供給し、該液体流路の端縁が平面状に画定された液体噴射口を通じて、該液体を液膜流に形成する工程と、
加圧された気体が第一気体と第二気体を含み、
第一気体を、前記液体流路と平行に延長された第一気体流路を通して供給し、
第二気体を、前記液体流路と平行に延長された第二気体流路を通して供給し、
前記液体噴射口の平面を中心として、左右に配置されると共に、
前記第一気体流路の端縁が平面状に画定された第一気体噴射口、及び
前記第二気体流路の端縁が平面状に画定された第二気体噴射口を通じて、第一気体及び第二気体を、第一高速気体流及び第二高速気体流にそれぞれ形成すると共に、
前記第一高速気体流と第二高速気体流の平面が、前記液体噴射口から放出された前記液膜流の平面上の同じ位置で交差するよう噴射され、もって前記液膜流を液体の微粒子状にする工程と、
を含むことを特徴とする液体噴射方法。
