Description
図1から図4は、この発明の実施の形態1に係るもので、図1は電力管理装置が適用される熱間圧延プラントの構成を説明する図、図2は電力管理装置の全体構成を模式的に示すブロック図、図3は電力管理装置における負荷設備の消費電力の実測値及び予測値の差分と蓄放電装置制御部から出力される蓄電指令/放電指令との関係を説明する図、図4は電力管理装置の動作を説明する図である。
まず、図4のステップS11において、電力予測部3は、負荷設備1における瞬間的な消費電力の予測値を計算し、この計算した予測値を送信する。続くステップS12において、ステップS11における予測値の計算及び送信が正常に行われたか否かが確認される。予測値の計算及び送信が正常に行われていない場合、ステップS11へと戻って再び予測値の計算をやり直すか、あるいは、ステップS13へと進み異常処理を実行した上で処理を終了する。
Claims (6)
- 複数の負荷設備からなる負荷設備群の電力を管理する電力管理装置であって、
前記複数の負荷設備のそれぞれについての消費電力の瞬間値を検出する検出部と、
前記複数の負荷設備のそれぞれについての消費電力の瞬間値を予測する予測部と、
前記複数の負荷設備のそれぞれについて、前記検出部による検出値と前記予測部による予測値との差分を演算する演算部と、
前記演算部により演算された差分の正負に基づいて、前記検出部による検出値が前記予測部による予測値よりも小さい場合に蓄電指令を出力し、前記検出部による検出値が前記予測部による予測値よりも大きい場合に放電指令を出力する制御部と、
前記制御部から出力された蓄電指令に基づいて蓄電し、前記制御部から出力された放電指令に基づいて放電する蓄放電装置と、を備えたことを特徴とする電力管理装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記検出部の検出値に基づいて、前記負荷設備が回生状態である場合に蓄電指令を出力することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電力管理装置。
- 前記負荷設備群は複数設けられ、
前記蓄放電装置は、複数の前記負荷設備群毎に設けられ、
前記制御部は、前記負荷設備群毎の前記差分の総和の正負に基づいて、当該負荷設備群の前記蓄放電装置へと蓄電指令又は放電指令を出力することを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の電力管理装置。 - 前記制御部から出力された蓄電指令及び放電指令の結果を記憶する記憶部と、
前記記憶部に記憶された蓄電指令及び放電指令の結果を表示する表示部と、を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の電力管理装置。 - 前記表示部は、前記演算部により演算された前記差分を表示可能であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の電力管理装置。
- 前記演算部により演算された前記差分に基づいて、前記予測部による予測値の修正値を算出する学習部を備え、
前記予測部は、前記学習部により算出された修正値を用いて、前記複数の負荷設備のそれぞれについての消費電力の瞬間値を予測することを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5のいずれか一項に記載の電力管理装置。
