Claims (7)
- 液圧式の車両ブレーキ装置のための内接型ギヤポンプにおいて、
前記内接型ギヤポンプ(1)が、モジュール化された構造群として構成されていて、液圧ブロック(15)に形成されている収容部(16)に押し込まれて組み付けられるハウジング(2)としてのカートリッジ(3)を有しており、
前記カートリッジ(3)の前記収容部(16)への押し込みにおいて後端となる端部には、該収容部(16)へ押し込まれている該カートリッジ(3)を正しい角度で整列させるための、前記カートリッジ(3)の軸線に直交する方向に沿って互いに平行に延在する2つの段部(17)が形成されている
ことを特徴とする、内接型ギヤポンプ。 - 前記端部に、直径が該端部の直径よりも小さい被駆動歯車(10)が設けられており、
前記被駆動歯車(10)は、前記段部(17)を、前記カートリッジ(3)の軸方向で見て覆っていない
ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の内接型ギヤポンプ。 - 前記被駆動歯車(10)の軸が、前記カートリッジ(3)の軸に対して偏心している
ことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の内接型ギヤポンプ。 - 前記2つの段部(17)は、それぞれの上下段を接続する面(18)同士が互いに向き合い、
前記端部の前記2つの段部(17)の外側には、前記カートリッジ(3)の前記収容部(16)への押し込みに用いるための面(19)が形成されている
ことを特徴とする、請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の内接型ギヤポンプ。 - 前記カートリッジ(3)が、外周面に環状のシール面(21)を有している
ことを特徴とする、請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載の内接型ギヤポンプ。 - 前記外周面が、前記シール面(21)ではない領域を有している
ことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の内接型ギヤポンプ。 - 前記カートリッジ(3)が円形横断面を有している
ことを特徴とする、請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載の内接型ギヤポンプ。
