Description
本発明の有利な展開を、従属請求項によって特徴づける。
そのリブの構造は、底部溶着継ぎ目の構造に悪影響を及ぼさないことが見出されており、ここで内側バッグは緊密に閉じられることとなる。
本発明の容器はまた、その圧力補正開口部を、外側容器の望ましい場所の何処に形成してもよいので、いわゆる広口容器としてもよい。
Claims (4)
- 共押し出し式ブロー成形法で製造され、十分な硬さの外側容器と容易に変形可能な内側バッグとからなり、それら外側容器と内側バッグは、互いに溶着継ぎ目を作らない、それぞれ異なる熱可塑性材料で形成され、外側容器壁は、容器開口部と、内側バッグを収縮させる際に、外側容器および内側バッグの間に存在する空間内で圧力を補正するための少なくとも2つの圧力補正開口部と、を有し、内側バッグは、余剰の材料がブロー金型の底部で圧搾切除される際に底部溶着継ぎ目で閉じられ、前記底部溶着継ぎ目は、同様に閉じられた外側容器の底部溶着継ぎ目にクランプされ、外側容器部に形成された少なくとも2つの圧力補正開口部は、前記外側容器および内側バッグの底部容器継ぎ目と、中心縦軸とを通って広がる平面と、前記外側容器および内側バッグの周壁との交線から向かい合った位置の周壁に形成され、容器内容物を分注する際に、内側バッグが二サイドからのみ収縮するようにした容器の製造方法において、
その内側バッグ(4)が、その内壁の周の少なくとも4部にリブ様の厚肉化部分(9)を有し、前記リブ様厚肉化部分(9)を、その平面に対して対称に対をなして配置することを特徴とする容器の製造方法。 - その厚肉化部分(9)が、その平面から等距離にあることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の容器の製造方法。
- その外側容器が、透明な材料よりなることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至2のいずれか1つに記載の容器の製造方法。
- 少なくとも1つの圧力補正開口部が、その交線から略90°ずれて形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1つに記載の容器の製造方法。
