Claims (6)
- 血液から所定の複数の血液成分を分離するための遠心分離器と、遠心分離した所定の血液成分を収容する容器を備え、該分離された複数の血液成分をそれぞれ採取する工程を複数サイクル行う血液成分分離装置において、
前記所定の血液成分の採取工程における採取の開始タイミングと終了タイミングとで前記遠心分離器から流出するそれぞれのタイミングにおける所定の血液成分の濃度が等しくなるように、予め記憶されている血算値又は所定の血液成分の濃度に関するマップデータに基づき、供血者の血算値から前記所定の血液成分の採取工程の開始タイミングを決定する工程を有する
ことを特徴とする血液成分分離装置。 - 請求項1に記載する血液成分分離装置において、
第2サイクル以降の前記所定の血液成分の採取工程の開始タイミングを、直前のサイクルにおける前記所定の血液成分の採取工程の開始タイミングと終了タイミングとに基づき修正する
ことを特徴とする血液成分分離装置。 - 請求項2に記載する血液成分分離装置において、
第2サイクル以降における前記所定の血液成分の採取工程の開始タイミングを、直前のサイクルにおける前記所定の血液成分の採取工程の開始時における所定の血液成分の濃度と終了時の所定の血液成分の濃度との平均値になったときに修正する
ことを特徴とする血液成分分離装置。 - 請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1つに記載する血液成分分離装置において、
a)供血者から採取した全血を遠心分離器に導入し、複数の血液成分に分離する遠心分離工程と、
b)遠心分離された血液成分のうち、前記遠心分離により分離された所定の血液成分のうち、第1の血液成分を前記遠心分離器内に全血と共に導入する循環フロー工程と、
c)前記循環フロー工程にて、所定量の前記第1の血液成分を分離後、全血の前記遠心分離器への供給を停止して、前記遠心分離器に第1の血液成分のみを導入し、所定時間さらに循環させた後、循環速度を加速することにより第2の血液成分を前記遠心分離器により分離し、採取する循環・加速工程と、
d)前記循環・加速工程において、所定量の第2の血液成分を採取後、採取しなかった血液成分について供血者へ返血する返血工程と、を有し、
前記a)〜d)の工程を1サイクルとして、該サイクルを複数回行う
ことを特徴とする血液成分分離装置。 - 請求項4に記載する血液成分分離装置において、
前記循環・加速工程は、
第2の血液成分のうち、低濃度の第2の血液成分を一時貯留容器に移送する第1の採取工程と、
第2の血液成分のうち、高濃度の第2の血液成分を採取する第2の採取工程と、を含み、
前記一時貯留容器に移送された低濃度の第2の血液成分は、次サイクルにおいて採取された全血と併せて前記遠心分離器に導入される
ことを特徴とする血液成分分離装置。
- 請求項1に記載する血液成分分離装置において、
前記所定の血液成分は、血小板であり、
前記血算値は、ヘマトクリット値又は血小板数である
ことを特徴とする血液成分分離装置。
