Claims (6)
- エンジンの排気ラインに連結される主導管(31)と、排気ガスを再循環させるため、前記主導管(31)に開口する副導管(32)とを有するボディ(30)を備えるエンジンの排気ガス循環バルブであって、
前記主導管(31)と前記副導管(32)との間の連絡を遮断する閉位置と、前記主導管(31)と前記副導管(32)との間の連絡の確立を可能とする最大再循環位置との間で移動可能なシャッタ(1)とをさらに備え、前記ボディ(30)および前記シャッタ(1)は、前記最大再循環位置において、前記シャッタ(1)が前記主導管(31)を65〜95%だけ閉塞するように互いに構成され、
前記副導管(32)は、通過窓(33)を介して前記主導管(31)に開口し、前記シャッタ(1)は、前記閉位置では前記通過窓(33)を閉塞し、前記シャッタ(1)は、前記シャッタ(1)が前記最大再循環位置にあるとき、前記主導管(31)の一部を閉塞する切換えフラップ(4)を有し、
前記シャッタ(1)は、関節軸に枢支されて前記ボディ(30)に装着され、前記シャッタ(1)が前記閉位置にあるとき、前記シャッタ(1)は、前記通過窓(33)を閉塞する遮蔽フラップ(3)を有し、前記遮蔽フラップ(3)は、中間領域(6)を介して前記切換えフラップ(4)に連結され、かつ前記関節軸は、前記シャッタ(1)から離間しており、
さらに、流体の循環のための通過窓(33)と関係して対応する開口部(5)を有するシール(2)を含み、前記シャッタ(1)は、閉位置にあるとき、前記開口部(5)を閉塞するようになっており、
前記シャッタ(1)が閉位置にあるとき、前記遮蔽フラップ(3)は、前記シール(2)の開口部(5)を閉塞し、前記遮蔽フラップ(3)および切換えフラップ(4)は、前記開口部(5)の反対側にあり、一方、前記中間領域(6)は、前記シール(2)の開口部(5)を通っており、
前記関節軸は、前記シャッタ(1)の中間領域(6)の近くに配置され、前記遮蔽フラップ(3)は、前記シャッタ(1)の関節軸の方向に対して、前記切換えフラップ(4)が延在する寸法よりも両側に大きく延びる寸法を有していることを特徴とするエンジンの排気ガス循環バルブ。 - 前記切換えフラップ(4)および前記ボディ(30)は、前記シャッタ(1)が前記最大再循環位置にあるとき、スロット(40)が前記切換えフラップ(4)と前記ボディ(30)との間に形成されるようになっていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のエンジンの排気ガス循環バルブ。
- 前記切換えフラップ(4)は、前記ボディ(30)に面する自由端(39)を有し、前記スロット(40)は、前記自由端(39)の全体に亘って配置されていることを特徴とする請求項2記載のエンジンの排気ガス循環バルブ。
- 前記スロット(40)は、前記最大再循環位置では、前記自由端(39)と前記ボディ(30)との間に一定の寸法を有していることを特徴とする請求項3記載のエンジンの排気ガス循環バルブ。
- 前記切換えフラップ(4)は、長方形の輪郭を有し、前記シャッタ(1)が前記最大再循環位置にあるとき、前記主導管(31)は、少なくとも前記切換えフラップ(4)の位置と一致する概ね長方形の断面を有することを特徴とする請求項4記載のエンジンの排気ガス循環バルブ。
- 前記切換えフラップ(4)および中間領域(6)は、前記シャッタ(1)の関節軸の方向に、ほぼ同じ距離延びていることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のエンジンの排気ガス循環バルブ。
