Description
A:接着部位は、評価サンプルが接着されなかった部位と比べても変化は無く、炎症が確認されなかった。
B:接着部位は、薄く赤みを帯びているが、炎症は軽度であった。
C:接着部位に、強い炎症が見られた。
フィルム形成工程24によりフィルムを形成した。このフィルムについて、第2除去工程25は実施しなかった。その他の条件は実施例1と同じである。得られたフィルムの厚みは表1に示す。
疎水性ポリマー27を、第1除去工程を経ることなく溶液調製工程22に供した。溶液調製工程において、疎水性ポリマー27を溶媒28に溶かして溶液29を調製した。なお、溶液29を調製するにあたり、両親媒性化合物は用いなかった。疎水性ポリマー27及び溶媒28、及び、溶液29における疎水性ポリマーの濃度は、実施例1と同じである。

Claims (3)
- 疎水性ポリマーが溶媒に溶けている溶液を流延して流延膜を形成する流延膜形成工程と、
複数の孔が一方のフィルム面に形成された多孔フィルムを前記流延膜から形成するフィルム形成工程と、
前記疎水性ポリマーと前記流延膜と前記多孔フィルムとの少なくともいずれかひとつから500以下の分子量をもつ低分子物質を除去して前記多孔フィルムにおける前記低分子物質の含有率を5質量%以下に抑える除去工程とを有することを特徴とする多孔フィルムの製造方法。 - 前記除去工程では、前記多孔フィルムを水とアルコールとの少なくともいずれか一方に浸漬することを特徴とする請求項1記載の多孔フィルムの製造方法。
- 前記多孔フィルムは、複数の孔が一方のフィルム面に沿って並んで形成され、前記フィルム面を垂直方向から見たときにハニカム構造とされており、
前記フィルム形成工程は、
前記流延膜上に結露させて水滴を形成する工程と、
前記流延膜から溶剤と水滴とを蒸発させることにより前記多孔フィルムとする蒸発工程とを有することを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の多孔フィルムの製造方法。
