Claims (15)
- 難燃性可染糸と非融着繊維糸とを含む単層両面仕立て布帛であって、前記の難燃性可染糸が布帛表側の主要構成要素であり、前記非融着繊維糸が布帛裏側の主要構成要素であり、布帛中の糸の少なくとも40重量%が前記難燃性可染糸である、前記布帛。
- 前記布帛が織布であり、かつ前記糸が両面織組織を形成する、請求項1に記載の布帛。
- 前記難燃性可染糸が難燃性ポリエステル糸である、請求項1又は2に記載の布帛。
- 前記非融着繊維糸がアラミド糸である、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の布帛。
- 前記布帛が織布であり、前記糸が両面織組織を形成し、前記布帛表側が綾織であり、かつ前記布帛裏側が平織である、請求項2〜4のいずれか一項に記載の織布。
- 前記布帛表側がEN471に合格する視認性の高い色に染色される、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の布帛。
- 前記布帛が織布であり、前記糸が両面織組織を形成し、緯糸の密度が35〜60本/cmである、請求項2〜6のいずれか一項に記載の布帛。
- 前記布帛が織布であり、前記糸が両面織組織を形成し、経糸の密度が40〜60本/cmである、請求項2〜7のいずれか一項に記載の織布。
- 前記布帛重量が200〜400gms/m2である、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の布帛。
- 前記布帛が織布であり、それぞれEN ISO 11612:2008規格の火炎伝播、対流熱および放射熱の要件である第6.3.2項、第7.2項および第7.3項ならびにEN471規格に合格する、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の布帛。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の布帛を含む個人防護衣。
- 布帛の製造方法であって、難燃性可染糸および非融着繊維糸を加工して請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の単層両面仕立て布帛を形成するステップを含む、布帛の製造方法。
- 前記布帛が織布であり、かつ難燃性可染糸および非融着繊維糸を加工する前記ステップが、難燃性可染糸および非融着繊維糸を織成して両面織組織を形成すること含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 経糸を織成後に収縮させる請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記布帛を後染めして、前記難燃性可染糸をEN471規格に従う視認性の高い色に染色する、請求項12〜14のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
