Description

a)この飲料の材料、特にカプセル内に供給される事前に小分けされた材料を受けるとともに、水などの液体の流入する流れを前記材料に通して飲料出口に案内するための淹出ユニット;
b)上記温度メンテナンス装置の容器内の液体を予熱するための抵抗ヒータなどのヒータ;
c)この液体をこの容器から淹出ユニットへ圧送するためのポンプ、特に、携帯型の電池または蓄電器によって給電され得るポンプ;
d)この液体を液体タンクなどの液体源から飲料出口に案内するための1つ以上の流体接続部材;
e)ユーザからインタフェースを介して命令を受けるとともに、インラインヒータおよびポンプを制御するための電気制御ユニット、特に、電池または蓄電器によって給電され得るユニット、例えば、プリント回路基板(PCB)を備えるユニット;
f)淹出ユニットの特性、インラインヒータの特性、ポンプの特性、液体リザーバの特性、材料収集器の特性、この液体の流量、この液体の圧力、および、この液体の温度から選択される少なくとも1つの作動特性を検出するとともに、そのような特性を制御ユニットへ伝えるための1つ以上の電気センサ;
のうちの1つ以上を含んでもよい。
Claims (12)
- 物体(5)を収容し、装置外部(1’)の外部温度とは異なる一定の保存温度に維持するための蓄熱装置(1)であって、
前記一定の保存温度で前記物体を収容するための容器(4)と、
前記外部温度と前記一定の保存温度との間の温度勾配に起因する熱伝達を補償するための熱源(3)であり、前記温度勾配に起因する前記熱伝達を補償して前記物体を前記一定の保存温度に維持するべく、熱エネルギーを蓄積して熱を前記容器からまたは前記容器へ伝えるための塊状体(31)を備える熱源(3)と、
を備える蓄熱装置(1)において、
前記塊状体(31)が、熱伝導位置と熱非伝導位置の間を移動可能な熱バルブ(8)を介して前記容器(4)に接続されており、前記熱バルブ(8)が、前記塊状体(31)と前記容器(4)との間の前記熱バルブを介した熱伝達を制御するための熱アクチュエータ(81)を備え、前記熱アクチュエータが、温度閾値を通り過ぎることによって駆動され、前記熱アクチュエータ(81、82、83)が駆動時に形状および/または体積を変えるようになっており、前記熱アクチュエータが、前記温度閾値で溶解または凝固する較正された蝋要素(82)を備えることを特徴とする、蓄熱装置。 - 前記熱源(3)が、熱エネルギーを蓄積して使用中に前記熱エネルギーを前記容器(4)へ伝えるために使用前に加熱されるようになっている加熱用の塊状体(31)を備える、請求項1に記載の蓄熱装置。
- 前記熱源(3)が、使用前に冷却されるとともに、使用中に前記容器(4)から伝えられる熱エネルギーを蓄積するようになっている冷却用の塊状体(31)を備える、請求項1または2に記載の蓄熱装置。
- 前記熱源(3)が、使用前に前記塊状体(31)を電気的に加熱または冷却するとともに、使用中に前記保存温度を非電気的に一定に維持するための、給電される温度調節器(33)を備える、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の蓄熱装置。
- 前記熱バルブ(8)が、
熱エネルギーを前記塊状体(31)から前記容器(4)にまたはその逆に案内するための熱ガイド(88)と、
前記熱ガイドを介した前記塊状体から前記容器へのまたはその逆への熱伝達を確立し且つ中断するためのゲート(84,86)と、
を備える、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の蓄熱装置。 - 前記ゲート(84,86)が、前記熱ガイド(88)を前記塊状体(31)から前記容器(4)への熱伝達状態に至らせるとともに該熱伝達状態から解放するための機械的なトグル(84)を備える、請求項5に記載の蓄熱装置。
- 前記容器(4)と熱伝達状態にあって、前記機械的なトグル(84)を作動させるためにその温度変化によって駆動され、それにより、前記熱ガイド(88)を前記塊状体(31)から前記容器(4)への熱伝達状態に至らせるとともに該熱伝達状態から解放する熱機械アクチュエータ(81)を備える、請求項6に記載の蓄熱装置。
- 前記容器(4)を収容する断熱外側エンベロープ(6)を備える、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の蓄熱装置。
- 前記断熱外側エンベロープ(6)が前記容器(4)および前記塊状体(31)を収容し、前記塊状体が、熱伝導率を有する接続装置(32’)を介して、前記断熱外側エンベロープから離間される前記容器により保持され、前記熱伝導率が、非常に低いことから、使用中、前記接続装置を介して前記容器と前記塊状体との間で伝えられる熱エネルギーが、前記外部温度と前記一定の保存温度との間の温度勾配に起因する前記熱伝達よりも少ない、請求項8に記載の蓄熱装置。
- 物体(5)を所定の温度に至らせるおよび/または前記物体を前記温度に維持するための蓄熱装置(1)であって、
前記物体を収容するための容器(4)と、
前記容器内の温度を調整するための熱源(3)と、
前記容器から前記熱源へのおよび/またはその逆への熱伝達を調節するための熱バルブ(8)と、
を備え、
前記熱バルブが熱機械アクチュエータ(81)を備え、該熱機械アクチュエータが、前記容器と熱伝達状態にあるとともに、前記容器内の前記所定の温度に対応する温度閾値を通り過ぎることによって駆動されて前記熱バルブを介した熱伝達を制御するようになっている、蓄熱装置(1)において、
前記熱機械アクチュエータが、前記温度閾値で溶解または凝固する較正された蝋要素(82)を備え、前記熱源(3)が、熱伝導位置と熱非伝導位置の間を移動可能な前記熱バルブ(8)を介して前記容器(4)に接続されることを特徴とする、蓄熱装置。 - 液体(5)を収容するための容器(4)を有する請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の蓄熱装置(1)を備える、飲料調製マシン。
- 前記液体(5)を供給するための供給装置(71,72)を備える、請求項11に記載の飲料調製マシン。
